“I have not been in awhile. Noticed they had self service registers which I liked. The registers are kinda slow at the end when checking out.They now carry $3 and $5 dollar items. Very clean and nearly organized.”

“Love this Dollar Tree. It always clean and well lit, and they have a ton of cute seasonal stuff and crafts. I also like the addition of the coolers on top of dry goods. It gets busy in there, but the staff hustles to get shoppers in and out.”

“So much nicer since the renovation. Staff and cashier's are always on point and friendly. My only complaint is the poles on the buggies that prevent them from leaving the store. If you have a lot of bags or bulky items like paper towel or toilet paper its a bit inconvenient.”

“I’ve been to many a dollar tree (over five in metro Detroit) and this one is the best stocked. Lots of new and cool items. Organization and service is typical of a dollar tree. Don’t expect 5 star experience for 1.25 items!”
“Usually has everything I need such as coke cola, cat supplies. Basically everything. Does not compare to Meijers, Wallmarts or target.. It's a local store for basic items. Some pricing is higher..”

“I'm house/pet sitting in Allen Park and decide to visit this store, and they literally have EVERYTHING. You can find groceries, hookahs, home decor, Waldo, auto supplies, school supplies, my real dad, car air freshners from the late 70s,arts and crafts, clothing, extended car warranties, toys, ........ you could spend days just browsing. I will definitely be going back.”

“I was there two weeks ago after I couldn't find what I needed at another large chain retailer. The store manager there was so helpful and sweet and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Great store. Conveniently located two blocks from house. Low prices too! Highly recommend this one, the Southgate store, and the one in Flat Rock.”
