My whole family has been going there for years. Our Dr. left so we were seeing the practitioners. I called today today to get my daughter an appointment because she isnt feeling well and was told they won't see her because of her age! She was just there a few months ago but now they can't see her. How ridiculous to turn away an existing patient. they don't need us as patients anymore. I'm so disappointed

I have been being seen here for the last 9ish months and in that time I have noticed such a severe lack of communication that it has effected my ability to make appointments and get my medications. It really is a shame too because Dr Hauser is wonderful, however the complete incompetence of the office and inaccessibility far outweighs how good of a Dr she is.

The nurse practitioner didn’t call in the medicine so my dad had to wait until Monday to start taking it versus Friday so the nausea and dizziness he was experiencing was prolonged unnecessarily. The EKG the nurse practitioner did while we were there showed something abnormal that she said she didn’t know how to read or what it was and recommended a specialist no big deal just sometime in the future get it checked out versus asking a doctor there if they understood the EKG. He had a stroke and was taken by ambulance to the hospital Wednesday afternoon the ER doctor and the neurologist said the EKG the nurse practitioner here took indicated that he had a previous heart attack and this is a warning sign to a stroke. My father could have died because this nurse practitioner didn’t do her job correctly not only did she prolong his nausea and dizziness that she related to an ear infection due to being unable to call in a prescription which she openly admitted she forgets doing but she put his life at risk we are so lucky he didn’t die and we found him in time. Had she attempted to have someone else who was qualified or familiar with reading an EKG look at the EkG or recommend him going to the hospital this could’ve been caught in time but now instead we are in the hospital looking at months of recovery to hopefully maybe get him back to normal. Shame on this nurse practitioner and I will not hesitate to share this experience with everyone I know as far as I’m concerned she should never be able to see patients again. If you value your or your family members life do not let them go to this office.

Dr. Brianne is the most caring, attentive, thorough Doctor I've ever seen. She actually listens to you, orders tests to find out what's going on, I have never felt more comfortable with any other doctor like I do with Dr. Bri. Thank you for all you do!

NP Taylor Frederick was phenomenal. Supportive, listened to me, and was thorough in asking questions / looking at documents from an ER visit. Really really great experience with her!

Nurse Taylor Frederick helped us with a sensitive family issue. She made my family member feel listened to; gave her 100% of her time and attention. We are all so grateful for her and the plan that she set in motion

Well, any time I try to get a refil on my medication, no matter how clear I am about the address of my pharmacy (which happens to be on a street that is also the name of a city that is not the city my pharmacy is in) my meds get sent to a random location in that city. Even when I specifically mention that it keeps happening. So I tried to give the information without the street name and they couldn’t send it because I didn’t give the whole address (which would be reasonable if they were not just going to Google the street name and randomly ship it off) even though the address is on file. Now I’ve been without meds for about a week and can’t get anyone to do anything about it despite switching pharmacies to make it easier on them. So it looks like I’m going to be finding a new PC. Too bad I’ll have to be untreated in the meantime. Also, today it was confirmed that the doctor had the request but just hadn’t done anything with it. I thought that me mentioning once again that I’m out of the medication and would appreciate them doing their part might help, but still nothing and they close in a minute. Highly disappointed.Edit: talked to them again, got a lot of excursuses and someone named Trish wouldn’t let me get a word in through her slew of reasons why it was my fault but they let me set up an appointment for tomorrow to try and see someone to get it worked out. They said that they’d send the prescription tonight. Then they sent it to the wrong state. Then they sent it to the right place but it was the wrong prescription despite several messages, voicemails, and faxes from the pharmacy. This is actually absolutely ridiculous.

Used to think this was an ok doctor's office, not anymore. Needed blood drawn for a physical and had to sign in on a kiosk with all my personal information being displayed on said kiosk for everyone to see. Please hire people to do these jobs. I will be finding a new doctor.

Tried booking a visit in 2023; was informed that since I hadn't been in since 2020 I'm classified as a "new patient" and they're not accepting "new patients" at this time.I've essentially been expelled from visiting the same doctor that I've been going to for 15 years because I hadn't been there in the last 3.

Dr Taylor Frederick is the absolutely BEST healthcare physician I've ever had. She is so caring and professional with everything she does. She listens to you and ACTUALLY cares about you and your issues. I've never had a healthcare physician who genuinely cares about you and your well being. She is the best thing to happen to Family Health considering some of the other physicians are kinda rude and have a idgaf attitude. Wherever she goes I will follow!! She makes family healthcare SO MICH BETTER!! I LOVE HER!!!

Don't make an appointment on top of another appointment. The robo call will only alert you of the second appointment. Then the staff will be short with you when you show up. Tell you you are late and the time frame for seeing the Dr has expired. Then you will get another robo call saying the second appointment has been canceled. If you call to try and figure out what is going on, the staff will not be empathetic, and will only get more rude. Taking my health care somewhere else.

DISTRESSFUL. INTOLERABLE. ACCUSED ME OF LYING. TOLD I TALKED WITH A WORKER ABOUT AN APPT CHANGE 2 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL WHEN I DID NOT. Came in for a scheduled appt. Told I was called and spoke with. I had no calls and spoke with no one that day. Only many calls, texts and emails for time I arrived. OFFICE MANAGER LISA came to discuss what could be done. Was told over and over (4 times by my count) “Teresa made a note saying she spoke with you today and she’s one of our best employees”. When I explained, “If I talked with someone, do you think I would be standing here?!” LISA responds, “Maybe you were half asleep when you talked with Teresa.” I told LISA I feel like you’re accusing me of lying. “Teresa is one of our best employees and she made a note saying she spoke with you.” I told them to cancel any appointments even though it’s difficult to make any medical appointments and will hurt me more. But HOW CAN I PUT MY HEALTH IN THE HANDS OF PEOPLE THAT THINK I’M LYING? As I turn away to leave, LISA makes a comment in a snarky tone, “HOPE YOUR DAY GETS BETTER!” (Why? I’m leaving. Very uncalled for.)An hour later I got a call from LISA saying, “We did some investigating and it was a call to someone else. You were absolutely right.” NO APOLOGY.PLEASE BE WARNED. LISA is the OFFICE MANAGER and will boldly YELL at a patient WITHOUT ALL THE FACTS. As a major representation of this HEALTH facility, who would you talk to if you had a health problem? Her, and I find this a great example to her character and how she would handle anyones health care concerns. I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND HURT BY LISA’S POOR DECISIONS. I really hope she learned a lesson in listening to your patients.

I've been going here a long time. I also take my kids here. Most people who work here are helpful and friendly. They also have Quest for blood draws right on site.
