Service was great BUT I called just before 7am so I paid the extra $100 ish to get my tow before 8am just to wait for the tow truck to arrive at 815am.

Came right away when I called and gave me the cheapest price by far out of the 5 places I called. The driver even helped me get my truck into a almost impossible spot.

Horrible service ! The driver had a nasty attitude and didnt want to take my truck to the updates location. They were going to charge me an extra $200 on top of $110 just to take it 15 minutes away. The driver didnt have change so i had to give him more than the asking price. Dispatch is very unprofessional and answered the phone with attitude and gave me a sky rocketed price just so i can decline getting my car taken to the updated destination or where i wanted the car to go. I
Recommend you spend your money with a company who is professional and cares about your car safety

I Google towing service in my area. First place I call says hello and pauses. Doesn't identify himself, so I ask if it's the towing place.
Second place I called doesn't answer.
Porter's was the third place. "Porter's Towing...". What a difference some professionalism makes!
Fast service. When the payment link the office sent me didn't work, the tow driver was able to take our card payment. He was very professional as well.
Though a flat tire was not the way we wanted to start our day, Porter's Towing made it easier.

What very personable and professional company. We had a camper burnt up and Roy, Antoine and Tiffany came all the way down to Erie, MI to clear up the mess. They did a phenomenal job and Jim n I are very, very appreciative of their attention to detail. If you need a reliable tow truck company they are top class! Thanks Roy, Antoine n Tiffany.
