Went there in a Friday was told after 40 minute wait that they didn’t do my type of lab work on Fridays. However. I rescheduled on Tuesday and had the best experience ever. Waited 10 minutes. Staff was kind and professional

This place is slow regardless if you have an appointment. My appointment was at 8:10 am it’s now 8:33. This is BS. Will find another place to go.

After calling customer service several times, I decided to go into the Riverview Office to ask my question - upon asking my question the attendant (Megen) was super helpful even to the point of doing my blood draw at the same time which, was amazing to me - sending a HUGE THANKS TO THIS YOUNG LADY - BRAVO ?

Had to get blood work completed. The lady who took my blood was extremely unprofessional. She was upset she couldn’t find a vein to draw blood and said I was dehydrated and treated me like I was a kid when I’m in my 30s when she wasn’t too older than me. She doesn’t need to be working in the clinic if she can’t treat people with respect. It’s the nurse who’s clinic in the hallway not going straight in.

Made an appointment online, checked in through the text link it gave me and it stated I was checked in and to come sit in the lobby. After a while I noticed people who got here after me going back. I decided to add myself to the paper sheet because that's apparently what they were going by. Come to find out their internet was down but nobody told me. I didn't go to the desk because my text login appeared to work. I waited over 40 mins and was late to work. When I brought this up they stated "I didnt plan on internet being down on a Friday morning". Communicate that your internet is down and everyone needs to sign in on the sheet. Relying on a sticker that those with online appointments might not see doesn't work.

I just had a blood draw here and it was fantastic! They were right on time, quiet, friendly, professional, there was zero pain from the needle, and they got me in and out with a minimum of fuss!I strongly recommend this office for your lab needs!
