“Can't believe I'm on here reviewing an auto shop but WOW do they deserve the praise. Quick service, quality work, and genuine customer service.My car broke down and got towed, I came into the shop desperate to figure out what was wrong with my car two hours before they closed and they diagnosed, sourced the parts, and serviced it quickly and at a extremely competitive price! As a women, it is hard to trust auto shops as they tend to take advantage price wise. Vision on the other hand is hands down the best experience I have ever had involving anything to do with my car. The gentlemen working were respectful and kind. I recommend this auto shop to any and all.”

“Honest, great customer service and quality work at a very fair price! Would highly recommend!Our Experience:We took our 11 year old Traverse to them as it was overheating from a bad radiator and dead fan. They quoted us a very fair price, I thanked them but I told them we just weren't sure it was worth repairing as it was already having some transmission issues. (We had been told by 2 other places we needed a new transmission and we were just driving it till it died, as a new transmission cost more then what the vehicle was worth).So they went back out to the vehicle and checked on it, repaired a cable for us fixing the transmission issues. (We had a hard time believing that it was fixed but after driving it home and couple times around home so as not to overheat it, we realized the transmission was fine, it really was just the cable)!So then we scheduled to come back and have the radiator and fan repaired. They repaired both those items in less time then they anticipated and did an oil change for us, then charged us less than the original quote!I have never had a mechanic save me so much money in unnecessary repairs, complete a task timely and accurately, and then charge less money for the work they quoted. They have our business for life!”

“I have known this family over 40 years! John Burson is the best mechanic I've ever known, he is smart and a 100% business man who regularly attends seminars on the new vehicles and services so that he doesn't misinform his customers. He has had some customers for over 40 years because they know that he can be trusted, I don't believe that anyone who was screwed over would keep going back. Yes he does also service Semi trucks and if they break down at 2 AM he gets up immediately and no matter where they are he drives there to fix their truck's I don't believe that a mechanic who some of these reviews has dogged both him and his son Brian who has followed his Father footsteps and he is also a top mechanic as well. This team goes way beyond their call of duty, as well as Chris who is also a great employee and is also family, you are missing out if you choose to believe dishonest people comments!!!”
