“Had to get a stuck lug nut extracted out of my girlfriends front left tire. Called firestone they said $160. Called JD auto they said a week at least. Then I called Vision. The person I spoke to was extremely professional and kind and allows me to bring the car in immediately. Within an hour i received a cal back stating they could do it and they just needed another hour. They only charged me $73 and even noticed my main issue which was the brake. I explained to them what was going on and he even gave me a great tip on to how to fix the issue. He was correct and i was able to fix the issue. They did not have to do that. So big shout out to Vision and I will be back for all my car related repairs and maintenance. 5 stars.”
“I was struggling to find a shop to do a front end alignment on my 65 Impala. Every shop I called said they couldn’t do it. I finally found Tamrox and when I called, they were more than willing to take care of my needs. Not only was it fairly priced and done correctly, they also treated it with respect as they had placed a plastic cover over my seat for when they were moving it. So for anyone with a classic car that is in need of an alignment and are struggling to find someone, look no further. They have you covered. I highly recommend.”

“I brought my daughter’s car in after getting four new tires at a different place. It didn’t feel very stable with the new tires. They inspected it and rebalanced the tires. They could’ve said that I needed a bunch of work but they were honest and said everything seemed fine other than the tires needed rebalanced. Thank you for squeezing us in. We made it to Florida and dropped the car off to my daughter. Had no issues at all with it. She’s really thankful as well”
“My wife and I had traveled from Pittsburgh to Petoskey and then were in route to Parma MI to visit my brother-in-law when the car started smoking from the engine compartment. Oil was spraying all over the compartment. My brother-in-law highly recommended Xpert Automotive. The owner, Mike, fit us in to his very busy schedule and worked overtime to get us back on the road 24 hours later. The car needed an air intake valve and new head cover which is a major repair. We made it back to Pittsburgh without another incident. Mike had also replaced a headlamp that burned out during our trip so we'd be able to see the Michigan deer. :-)

“Got multiple different leaks repaired, ball joint and tie rod replacement, muffler welded, and some other things done. Picked it up and 1 day later woke up to fluids still leaking out. Called and left voicemail to get it check out again when they open up. I'll have to come back and update the review after it's been checked out again and a solution is made.”

“Had a great experience! Matt was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are new to the area and trying to find a good trustworthy place to take our cars has been difficult in the past but we definitely will be returning here! They even showed my wife her car on the lift so she could see the issues for herself and explained a very thorough inspection. They got my shakey car back to a drivable condition 😂 the thank you card left in my car on pick up was a nice personal touch as well. Can’t say enough nice things about this place and the staff!”
