I don't use the USPS much anymore because of lack of care with packages and it continues.My wife orders from Hobbii who delivers USPS the deliver person always leaves her packages up near the sidewalk of my home, in the grass next to or in my plant area. About 8 feet further up the same walkway is my porch clearly visible from where they leave the packages, next to it is a labeled bench with a clear sign to please leave packages there. Not once has the post office done this, also the delivery should be signed for and not once have the done that. Frustrating and why so many people use other services now.

When I first entered, the worker was extremely kind and attentive. When he learned that I hadn't shipped a package before, he was quick to show me how everything works! Very helpful and kind, made my first post office experience extremely pleasant. I really appreciate how kindly he told me everything.

Rives Junction location Post office has great service, good hours, and friendly people. The building inside is clean and well kept. The outside grounds and parking lot both are well maintained.
