My child has been getting into shopping here lately for jeans. They have a nice variety. She likes the distressed ones the most but they seem to fit well and last. The shirts here are a bit thin though and the prices are a bit high. I typically go for Aerie which is the same company and has better pricing and better quality. This is a nice store. They have plenty of options and the people who work here are friendly and very eager to assist.

Love the store and what they have to offer but I watched a few workers roll their eyes after working with a few guest and I was already hesitant to asked to get something placed on hold, but i worked up the confidence too and was met with the same attitude and made me very uncomfortable:/

I didn’t catch her name but very beautiful blonde girl cashier was super kind. Always have had a friendly encounter with the staff and they are always very nice to the dogs when I bring them.

We arrived at American Eagle today at 10am because it said online the store was open. The store in fact was not open and the lady told us to come back at 12. We waited in the village for 2 hours, went back at 12 and still not open. We proceeded to call the store and the woman working was rude, had zero care for the 5-6 costumers who had waited two hours because of what she told us. She told us her Manager wasn't in yet and that something could of happened and she wasn't going to pry into her managers business, and told us after making it known to us that as costumers it didn't matter that we waited two hours, her boss could be having an emergency and ordered her not to open the store yet: We asked her if she could at least get us an ETA so we would know when to come back and she said yes hung up the phone without asking for my # to call us back on, so we waited and called back again and she told us 1pm due to staffing issues and that she couldn't open the store with just her being there. At this point; we let her know it wasn't all on her and we understand the situation and it's just frustrating, and she proceeded to stay silent and hang the phone up on us instead of acknowledging the fact that we just waited 2 hours and have to wait another hour. There was zero good costumer service and complete lack of care for the people waiting to come and spend their money there. Myself including multiple people that also dealt with this will never be shopping at that location again. Little piece of advice; don't hire people who aren't meant to deal with people for a costumer service position. And if this was the actual case about the manager, you should of had a back manager or ast manager. Or even a sign on the door at the very least. Extremely disappointed. Spend more people who actually care.

Went to this location on 1/9/2020 at 8:30pm planning on buying 3 or 4 pair of Jean's but they had half the store blocked off because they decided to do their inventory during business hours. They were having their employees doing the inventory but placing rgis tags even though they dont work for rgis... From my experience stores do inventory after hours or at least let customers shop and not be extremely rude and unprofessional. The girls doing the inventory were extremely rude about it too. We asked if we could just look to see if they had my size and come back tomorrow to buy them but they refused to let us shop during business hours... The store manager at this location is extremely rude as well. I guess they lost a 200.00 sale from me. I wont be shopping at their stores anymore.
