“Great customer service! Took my Kia Sportage in for some major repairs of my front bumper and dent in the fender. Was told I should get it back in 3-5 business days (like most collision places, they’re not opened on the weekends) from the day I drop off my car. I wasn’t expecting the parts to come in soon since my car was new, so parts were limited. But I got a call less than a week later that the parts were in and got my car back at the promised time. The bumper replacement was great! The fender seemed a little off but that didn’t really bother me. The painting under the driver handle seemed to have been stripped off for the color match to repaint the bumper and door but was never painted back on. I didn’t notice until about a couple days later as to why the door handle felt off. Other than that, the service was great, pricing was fair, and a good job overall!”
