“I have had to get the windshield replaced on my Pacifica twice before finding this company. So when it was time to get my third one I called the company I previously used but their prices had gone up. I decided to call around and found Save On Auto Glass in Auburn Hills. Not only was I pleased with the quote but finding out they also came to my home was a huge selling point. I did proceed to make a few more calls but with each call I was quoted more and more money. In the end Save On Auto was the least expensive, most convenient choice. They were great about communicating their estimated arrival time the day of my appointment and actually ended up being early which I really appreciated. It took roughly an hour and I had a new windshield. No stuffy greasy waiting area. No Ubers home to wait hours, just to pay another Uber to go pick up my van. It's been almost two weeks since the install and all is well. Hopefully I never have to get another windshield for this van again, but if I do I know where I'll be calling. I will also go out of my way to recommend Save On Auto to anyone who needs it!”

When I pulled up to the wash, I explained that I like to clean my interior before washing the exterior. They immediately said, “No worries!” and directed me to the free vacuum area without any pressure or hassle. I completely understand that offering memberships is part of their job, but I really appreciated that they simply told me to let them know if I needed anything.

While I was deep cleaning the interior, I had my floor mats out, and a very kind employee named Devin came over and asked if I’d like them power washed—completely free of charge! Such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. He brought them back looking fresh, and after I finished up, I went through the wash and my beloved Subaru looked fantastic.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I definitely recommend this location!”
