Last 3 times we have ordered from this location-wrong order-LATE order (by almost 20 minutes) there is no in door dining so how is it so backed up?-place order with a confirmation number, "we never received your order..." (this is after waiting 30 minutes. After asking about it some one just said "well all the 330pm orders are done...."GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS.....???March 18 2024:Another terrible order, wife's chicken bowl had no chicken, and I had asked for double chicken one of regular and one of adobo, just got regular.

customer service is always the best and food is hot and fresh?? i’ve seen these workers and they work their butts off just to keep this place up and running especially now a days with low staffing and working at a busy

I’ve given this place many chances and this is the 5th time I’ve been let down. If you have an order to go, expect at least 30 minutes before it’s even started to be worked on. If you come in person, expect in be in line for at least 30 minutes as well. Make your order about an hour out and you should be good!

Girl with the long black hair needs a huge raise, she runs the show! She never gives poor portion sizes, she’s pretty, kind and a hard worker. She always makes sure my experience is satisfactory. The other workers do an outstanding job keeping the place organized, clean, and try their hardest to keep everyone happy. I would ignore the overly dramatic and negative reviews, especially the strange lady taking pictures of employees. Shame on her!

Why do you guys never have fajita veggies? Ordered online. No contact about inability to provide veggies. Just put excess quac and sour on it. Can’t even eat this. Gross

It's been consistent with most locations around Metro Detroit area in the last few months. Not sure if the management of the chain has been even reading any of the customer reviews. Poor customer service, very slow to get the food ready and even more poor food quality. The trend is very appalling and sending customers to their competitors. I want to give them another opportunity to get things right but it's sadly not worth the time and effort, forget the money you waste on it

The service is insanely slow. Probably the slowest service on the planet, if not the whole solar system. Embarrassing, I know, but Earth is the only planet in this solar system that I've been to.The people working the counter would periodically disappear to the back while the line reached the door. I'm thinking that drug tests are in order here!I've gone to sit-down restaurants where I've been seated, ordered, ate, and paid the bill in less time than I spent in this place today.And what's up with the veggies? Several people here have complained that they haven't had them available since the previous decade even though they are on the menu.The guy in front of me asked for brown rice, but the person assembling the dish put in white rice. I didn't know is was backwards day until then. Since I also wanted white rice, I also ordered brown rice, so at least I would get the rice that I wanted. You seriously need to tell us when it's backwards day!What's more is that the place isn't very clean. I held the door for a cockroach, but he refused to enter.On the plus side, I got a really nice paper bag to go with my order.This place needs some major help.

I am very disappointed in the service as well as the behavior from the manager at this particular Rochester location. Not only is this establishment always in disarray, tables are filled with crumbs no matter what time I come, but they also never have fajita peppers.Today, around 2:40 pm, I entered this location with my daughter to order two bowls. Mine was a veggie bowl, and to no surprise, fajita peppers were not an option.After 4 months straight of “just dealing with not having fajita peppers”, I needed an answer as to why Veggies are on the menu as protein yet there are never any peppers available. Especially as a protein option for people who do not eat meat.I asked to speak with the manager and inquired when the best time to come in for fajita peppers was. The manager's response was, “ We are too busy to chop up veggies. They take too long to prep." My response was, “Ok, so what do you suggest a person do that does not eat meat?” Her response was, “There are plenty of other locations you can go to.”I told the manager that her response was not good enough, especially if veggies are an option on the menu. I would have preferred if she had told me the veggies were not available. At least that would have given me an idea of what to expect. But when she told me that they were not offering veggies at this time at this location because it's too much prep work, that didn't work for me. I then asked for her name and told her I would be contacting corporate. The manager shrugged her shoulders and refused to give me her name, saying it was “not important; all I need to know is that she is the manager.” Not only was my daughter a witness to this disrespectful behavior but so were about 12 others, including the crew team.It would be a shame on me for requesting something that's not on the menu. But it's a shame on the manager for being annoyed by my request for an item that's on the menu and also being told that the item is available, but the team crew members just doesn't feel like prepping the peppers.What makes matters worse is that the young man taking my order was willing to chop up some peppers for me, he just asked if I could wait a while, which I was okay with doing. The manager stopped him and refused. I am disgusted to say the least.

Walked in, no customers anywhere and the employees were standing right there totally ignored me for a solid 5 minutes until I finally was like, um excuse me, can someone please pretend like I'm actually here? I didn't say it like that but I wasn't happy. Told them I had a pickup order and it was literally sitting right behind the counter. These employees looked straight at me and ignored me (in an empty restaurant) until I had to ask to be addressed. Rude as well

Is busy because it’s in a high traffic area, but this is the worst location I have been too. I am confident that if a health inspector paid a visit it would shut down. There are many situations over many visits that make me say that starting with upper management. For example today I received a side for a kids meal that had completely frozen corn. When I asked for a different side the person at the register had to ask the manager, and the manager told him to tell me it got off the truck that way as if that’s ok for lack of detail. I asked for beans and rice and the guy at the register had to ask again. I felt like the manager didn’t care if people ate frozen corn and made me jump through hopes for something else instead.Also the last few visits they don’t have any grilled veggies at all.

This is literally the worse chipotle I ever been to! They filled my door dash order up with rice and 4 pieces of chicken which I fine however my rice is uncooked! They never answer the phone shut this place

Worst food service ever. Ordered four burrito bowls online from here tonight and bowls looked pathetic. Bowls were hardly 50% filled. All of them missing toppings like no lettuce, no fajitas. I had it worst because I ordered a veggie bowl and got it without any lettuce or fajitas. It was not even 40% filled. Ended up making my own fajitas and added lettuce to all of them. I would have gone back and returned the food but just didn't have the energy to go back and stand in the customer line at 8 pm. That was the whole reason I placed my order online in the first place. Really bad experience!!

Came in today at 6:00 ! Anthony is amazing! Positive energy !!! Such great costumer service!!!! Amazing funny personality!!!!!Just a great guy!! Deserves a raise! On the other hand… blonde skinny boy. Terrible attitude and very rude I don’t know his name but if I did I would put it.
