Ok here is a guy's review. I have been to this store many times with my wife. The store is always clean and well organized. They always seem very willing to help, some maybe more then others. Long waiting. If they have one of what you bring in stock already, they won’t buy yours (ex. Coach purse). First question asked- are you bringing any lulu, or luxury items?? Give very low offers. Not returning. It’s exhausting.

The staff at this store are fantastic. They’re always friendly when I visit and incredibly honest. I once accidentally left a $50 bill in a purse I was selling, and Keya, a kind employee, promptly returned it to me. I truly appreciate the great experience—thank you!
