I ordered my debt card on Jan 18 2022 and was told 7-10 business days. On Feb 1 I went into this location and asked the teller what should I do? They gave me a number to call, before leaving I spoke to the Bank Manager and she said there was nothing they could do to help me. I called the # and my card wasn't even shipped yet!!... I went back to this bank on Feb 4th and begged if there was something else that could be done to speed this up.. I've been a member with Comerica since it was Manufactures Bank! So I was hoping for a little better customer service, but the bank manager insisted there was nothing they could do... Yesterday Feb 7th I was at the Comerica Bank at Adams and Silverbell and spoke with Mrs Vrana about the situation.. She was able and willing to help me right away. And was able to issue me a new card with tracking number and it arrives on Wednesday Feb 9th.. I don't understand why that was so hard to do from the previous bank manager branch. The bank manager at Rochester and Teinken has horrible customer service and absolutely refuse to help me in any way just kept saying "there's nothing I can do, there's nothing I can do" that's completely unacceptable.........

Hours that they're open does not specify that they're lobby is closed on Saturdays! Disappointed for sure! I'll be back on Monday to close my accounts!!
