Long-time customer but even bigger fan of Usha and Amir. They both give this big city pharm a small town vibe. They greet you with hellos, smiles and are your friends.

I walked into the store and I only saw one employee working. He was so nice and helpful. His name was John. It was so refreshing to see an employee be so kind and courteous to other customers.

This review is not for a particular store, but for the corporation! What has happened to you??? I have been a customer of CVS for years. When I experienced difficulty getting coupons from the machine at the store, I called 1-800-shop cvs. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. After placing four phone calls on three different days and never speaking to anyone, I sent an email. Here again, the company said I would receive a response within two days and I received no response! I don't know what is going on with CVS, but if you experience any difficulty do not expect to be heard. Very Disappointing!

I just called and spoke with the pharmacist. she was super helpful and helped me save money on my prescription. She also set me up for text alerts and gave me all the information I would need to get my prescription ASAP.
