I had a phone appointment with a business banker yesterday. She was slightly rude on the phone as if it was an inconvenience for her to be doing her job, and then she went to get clarification for something she should already know as a business banker and never called me back.Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I deposited $100 in the ATM at my branch and got a receipt for a penny! Ya a penny. Then I got a $74 overdraft fee the next day! This bank may or may not give me my $174 back in 8-10 business days! Folks do not bank here. The policies are antiquated and the customer service is the worst I’ve seen in 50 years! How dare someone in this day and age take weeks to refund stolen money- that’s exactly what this is- it’s theft and fraud. I have retained an attorney and will proceed with filing claim against this bank and we are moving banks! Do not trust this bank with your hard earned money ladies and gentlemen- trust me I’ve been banking with them for decades and I am done! Any bank is better than this one. Edit edit edit!!! Nobody at this branch did anything wrong it was the people on the customer Serv line.

I opened a checking account Saturday and was greeted as I came in the door. Within 5 minutes Elizabeth helped setup the account and couldn't have been friendlier. Thank you

Manager Brad got caught lying, so I withdrew all my money and closed account. Banked here for several years but looks like all the good staff left. Do not trust with your money they don’t know how to operate computers, couldn’t even find a $120,000 withdraw on my account. Had to do it myself on my phone. Inexperienced.

this is really about 53 the bank. Its something that has never happened to me before. The bank cancelled my unsecured line when my FICO dropped 200 points over night. I never do things by half's. Then after I finished what I was working with another bank. The clearance of that debt, fully discharged , my FICO went up 150 points THEY REINSTATED ME!!!! I thought that was worthy of mention.

Worst and laziest employees ever will never go here again was told they couldn't help me at all had to go to a different fifth third and had everything taken care of in less then 5 minutes

Answering service sucks, I've been calling for 40 minutes and ran through all of the automated things and everytime it says "call being transfered" it brings me back to the main menu to start allll over again. Thanks alot.
