Went to get a Lincoln products fluid siphon. App showed 5 in stock at aisle 12 bay 5 and 7. Did not see one there. Asked multiple employees if they could take a second look for me and they told me whatever the app says is accurate and would not check. Ended up ordering one on Amazon. Visit was around 6:45PM 10/13/24. Forgot the employees names but one was the exit door greeter and I think it was Sanji or something like that, pretty sure he was of Indian ethnicity. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money I’ll stick to Amazon from now on.

My father was a General Contractor. I was Very Disappointed. Brin & Michelle were Rude and very dismissive. I will take my business to Lowe's on Rochester Road just North of M-59
I wish this store would turn things arround. Still bad service October 14, 2020. I gave this store a 2nd chance. Still horrible customer service. Back to Lowe's

I ordered a leaf blower online and received it the same day, unfortunately the battery was missing, I called customer service and they referred me to the store manager and this guy. He was very nice. He asked me to send some pictures and less than an hour later I had a new box delivered to my house and they took the old blower back to the store.

Returned something to this store today and asked customer service clerk if my son could use the Credit she gave him to purchase a light fixture online that was not available in the store. She said yes, no problem. Very unhappy to find out later that the Credit was unusable online. So, he had to pay full price for the light fixture, but has a store credit he doesn't really need. This is a stupid rule and your CS Reps should be better trained so customers understand this before issuing a Credit. We would have just taken a refund to his credit card if she had made it clear, even though he had already paid it off. Then, he could have bought the light to offset the credit.

If I could rate this store 1 star I would. Very understaffed, 1 person to each department?
Ask someone to page someone for help? It’s pulling teeth and you’re bothering them.
Store management to busy to help?!

I have been getting the run around from not only the store manager but 3 other managers since August 13th for a reimbursement check. I ordered 4 bottles of cleaner that contained bleach and the employee that picks the online orders laid them down in the locker and it bleached my clothes

Pat was the manager at the time I used 4 gift cards and 1 didn’t work because I peeled the PIN tag off instead of scratch (cameras seen me do it). The employee (nice guy) asked Pat what the options were. She said there’s nothing she can do. So even with security camera footage, she still couldn’t resolve. I have had multiple issues at this location and this incident reminds me why I continue to drive further to Lake Orion. Please fire Pat or demote her.
Update: Lake Orion Home Depot resolved this issue.

They should consider having the checkout center be located on more than one side of the store. It's probably too late to install a second one, but it'd be pretty sick if they did.

I hate to do this because some of the employees here are awesome...including the gentleman in electrical... He's always kind.Helpful goes out of his way to help me...Always says hello...
Our company spends between 25k to 50k a year at this store... It is our.
Main location for oddball items... This is now the third time that i've had an interaction with the gentleman working in plumbing...arrogant, rude, cocky and has no business working in customer service... He will.
Literally argue with you... Ironically somebody nearby heard me and then followed me around to tell me there issues that they've had with him... I can probably imagine there are a lot more... This is unacceptable, and I will be complaining further because this guy is obnoxious.And rude and needs to be removed...
