This probably one of the less assuming Genisys's (that's a real word I just made up), smaller and tucked away in the corner of a strip mall but the service is exceptional, particularly Shawanda Estelle. I applied for a small personal loan and she was beyond helpful. She made me feel like I was her top priority and genuinely a sweet, kind person. Several months later my daughter was looking to finance a car and I knew right where to send her, and once again the personal service was outstanding, which in turn made me look good in my daughter's eyes. The app is user friendly and intuitive, my only small critique is the ATM. Abit outdated. To make a deposit it needs to feed you an envelope, you fill it out and feed it back. Because of this it has to be manually checked in by staff which takes longer to hit your account which can take a couple days.

So this review is mostly based on policies. I have more then I account with GENISYS. But for starters my mortgage was a mess that took way to long and changed everything about the pre-approval we had daily. That was 3 years ago. Now I applied for a lousy 8,000 personal loan that they should have advised me not to because they only will loan you a month income they said that's why it was denied. I make take home of 4,500 a month so I feel they could have said from the beginning that was the max instead of running my credit and taking forever to respond. There is a lot more but no time for that.

I am so tired of the "I'm not a bot" pictures! You can't see them well and they bring screen after screen. Why can't the text you send to our phones be enough? I'm so irritated I'm thinking of moving my accounts. Very unsatisfied with online banking. If I could give zero stars that would be my rating.

Tanya Hoffman at the Crooks Branch is a national treasure. I've been working with her for close to 20 years and there is no one else out there who is more qualified to write auto loans. She ALWAYS has the best rate and can beat anyone else's rates. The folks at that branch are always so helpful and go out of their way to support their customers. Top notch organization front to back.

Tanya Hoffman was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC in helping me out with a car loan and line of credit recently! She went above and beyond to make sure all of the proper paperwork was taken care of, doing a lot of it herself even. This process was such a breeze and so very simple with Tanya at the reins! Genisys has always been great with all of my banking needs, and no wonder with such employees behind their operations! Could not recommend them, and specifically Tanya Hoffman, more!!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Shawanda Estelle at Genisys Credit Union. She went above and beyond. It was a holiday and she was working with us after closing. It's common to find people in a hurry to go home, however, Shawanda did not rush us at all. As a matter of fact, she stayed over until she resolved everything. Thank you Shawanda for providing excellent service!!!
