Terrible experience. Purchased brace, it caused much pain after 30 minutes because of hard plastic. They won't return so I'm out $84. Was properly fitted at orthopedic dr office. Huge difference.

She is so personable and kind, very easy to make appointments with and she always takes the time to address any concerns/problems with his devices, and shows him the most up to date features he can control with his phone.
