Amazing machines, but like all machines things break over time and the most important part of a company is their service/customer service team. I had a machine go down and had the pleasure of working with Nick. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Honestly blown away, thanks HMT!

Been using a hot glue system from HMT for several years now. The system works great and is very reliable. The service department is fantastic. Very quick responses and very knowledgeable. They have helped me solve issues quickly over the phone several times.

This company builds the best heated hoses in the industry. The owners are full of insight and forward-thinking. I would never bring my Hot Melt needs to any other industry other than HMT!
