Terrible manager syd. I was getting harassed outside and she yelled at me to go back and do carts. Don't recommend this location. If you go use the bathroom they will say your name over the speaker till you finish.

Happened to be in area - needed a few things.kind of outdated, older location. Friendly staff members. Found nearly everything needed. Though they carry beer and wine - no liquor! Self checkout lines moved quickly.

The store itself is usually pretty good. Stuff is usually in place, usually stocked, and usually relatively clean throughout the store. However if you need to get any sort of customer service, forget about it. Do not even bother thinking twice of coming into this store if you need to do something like make a return. 9 out of 10 times, there will not be anyone at the counter, and if you ask one of the people there, they will always give you some excuse as to why they cannot help you with your return. Whether it's being short staffed, or some reason of the system not working, or literally just being told that they aren't taking returns at that specific time. It's quite frustrating, and it happens way too often.

This location is ideally suited for nearby neighborhoods. Tons of parking, easy access to hospital and Livernois or Walton. It's not a "full-size" Kroger, so many people are frustrated by the narrow aisles, limited selection and lack of high end Kroger amenities. My rationale for shopping here is different. I love it because it has great selection for the essentials, is laid out beautifully, and is perfect for grabbing "quite a few quick things". If you need more than a party store, but don't want to head to a super store or Meijer or Target, then this location is perfect.

The facility is conveniently located, has adequate parking, is clean and well maintained, and the selection of merchandise is above average for most Kroger stores. The employees are very helpful and easy to work with, especially cashier Ericka and bagger Michelle, both of whom make the checkout process easy and pleasurable.

Awful pharmacy department with extremely rude employees. They give a time when your prescription is ready…the employees, specifically Amanda, continuously have an attitude when I arrive at the time THEY provide only to find my prescriptions are not indeed ready. Miserable person all around.

OK, this review I thought long and hard about because it makes me sad. I LOVE Kroger. But, I will never sop at THIS location again. To begin with... *they have two entrances. but only have carts available at ONE of them. *The produce department is almost always overstaffed as it was today. the vast majority of the walking space in the department was filled either with workers, or the carts they were working from. They push past you then stop, blocking your way. Now, all of this might be more understandable IF they at least said, "Sorry" or "excuse me" or (my personal favorite) "HELLO" They DID say "hello" to EVERY White customer that came through. They DID say "excuse me" to EVERY White customer they stepped or reached in front of. They DID say "Is there anything I can help you find?" To EVERY White customer that came through. I thought it was my imagination until I realized I had walked past at least 10 employees in this store AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAD SPOKEN TO ME WHATSOEVER! I went to the Meat Counter, where there was a Black girl and a White guy working. They both had customers as I walked up He was on my side of the counter and she was on the opposite side. I needed a price on a package of steak I was about to purchase. HE said nothing to me or even acknowledge my presence. She finished her customer. THEN, instead of leaving me standing, asked me how she could help me CHRIST IN HEAVEN!!! SOMEONE IN THIS STORE SPOKE TO ME!! I collected my items and proceeded on my way. Pretty much anywhere I go, they are restocking and blocking the entire isle. They will look me dead in the eye, NOT SPEAK, but step in front of me as if I am invisible. By this point, I had most of the things I was there for, and I was pissed on principle. I was determined to stay in there as long as possible. I also had noticed that I was one of maybe three Black People in the entire store. I watched the majority of those who ignored me carry on nice customer oriented conversations with the White patrons. I am a 60 year old, Black, Gay man who is handicapped due to a recent amputation. While none of those should matter, clearly at least ONE of them DID matter. I was a customer! DAMMIT! I am sick and tired of accepting substandard treatment and paying the same price as those who receive the PROPER treatment. 60 years I have endured the same treatment or worse and kept my mouth shut, and I am here to say NO MORE! I was entitled to better treatment that I received in that store. I did not speak to the Manager because I did not want it to be said I was creating a scene "Angry Black Man". I personally thank every EVERY employee I interact with because without them, we would not have been able to eat during the worst part of the pandemic. They are essential. I get it. I thanked the young man at the self serve checkout. I did not get his name either. But he had blonde/green hair and was SUPER nice!! He greeted me and asked how my day was. he helped me with codes for my produce. He made polite conversation (about food and we both got hungry...LOL) I told him that he was the second person in the entire store to say ANYTHING to me. He apologized profusely, then thanked me for shopping at Kroger. THAT young man is Management material. But it has been a long time since I was treated in a retail establishment the way I was in Rochester, MI. It is sad that this is STILL happening. Sad, but not surprising... I AM BLACK and MY LIFE MATTERS

Pharmacy staff is rude, especially one pharmacy tech in particular. Medication refills were ordered, advised patient they were not called in then said they were but they were too busy to fill in 18 hours. Just not a good location at all for pharmacy needs. Looking for a new pharmacy. Simply not worth the aggravation.

Customers are forced to use one door to enter, exit, and bottle return! The only door to use. It is always bottle necked! No social distance. Grocery delivery and pick up cooler clutter the same isle as you are FORCED to stand crowded to try and leave store. The other exit is locked with emergency exit only, I asked customer service (Donna) she said its an order from Fire Marshall. Lie! I asked to speak with manager Brandon and pointed out the bottle neck exit! No one following one way isle. His response was that's the way it is. Try again Kroger! Don't be a hypocrite! Open t

Amanda at the pharmacy counter was extremely rude. She lacked basic communication skills and was very rude when asking a simple question regarding my kroger number and the medicine that I was picking up. Will definitely go to any other kroger pharmacy in the future to avoid an interaction like that.

No baggers so I had to bag my own groceries while the cashier just watched cross-armed. No one behind me either.

I was in this store this morning at 9 am. I counted no less than 10-12 employees without masks. Not hiding them around their necks, just not wearing them. Specifically, the click list employees at the entrance and the stockers in the aisles. There was a manager present, walking the store. Absolutely makes ZERO sense to me! On a positive note, this was the first time I have seen all the customers wearing masks.
