I stopped in to see if my leggings could be hemmed/taken in due to losing weight. I met with Julie in the fitting room and helped me with just about everything. We determined that i can actually go down in sizing, so i traded my pants in! Julie was very down to earth, sweet, and very caring about how everything fit to my body. Thank you, Julie! ❤️ made me feel like a star.

Lululemon is known for its quality, and the products here did not disappoint. However, my recent visit was negatively impacted by the sales associates' behavior. I felt there was a lack of inclusivity, and customers seemed to be judged by their appearance. I hope the store can focus on fostering a more welcoming environment where all individuals feel valued and respected

I usually don’t post any reviews but this one is worth to give some advice to anyone who wants to visit this store. I have no reason to come to this location ever again. I am a loyal customer and in all these years this is the second time that I have to return and item and unfortunately I received a terrible customer service at this store location (Rochester Hills). I got a pair of fleeced leggings and after the 2nd 3rd wash they pilled horribly so I decided to return them as a part of my warranty. First of all the lady with British accent didn’t bother to verify that my purchase was less than a month ago, so the item was almost brand new. She questioned me when and where did I get the items like I was trying to scam her or something else. As I said she didn’t bother to take a look to my purchase history records. I bought these leggings in this store and was treated like I was trying to rob them. Shame on you.
I will call costumer service to get some resolution.
Thanks for doing nothing and opening my eyes so I never have to comeback to your store again.
Just for your records and for you to get acknowledgment of the products that you are selling: the pilling is a quality issue after two or three wears and it is posted in your website. Please find attached the pictures as a proof. You’re welcome.

I usually don’t write Google reviews but this was a horrendous customer service experience. You can’t find what you’re looking for because the staff keeps this an utterly atrocious mess. I asked about a specific item and they told me IF they had it, I need to search in “the pile on the table” which was a hodge podge of clothing, not even neatly folded, piled all on top of each other. I then asked another associate for help and they blew me off not once but twice. Other associates were just standing around talking to each other instead of doing anything productive like helping fold and organize the messiness surrounding them in the store. The website showed the item I was looking for had seven in stock at this location. It was such a poor experience that we drove another 25 minutes to another Lululemon location that had this specific item in stock and purchased it there. Would not recommend this store to anyone and corporate needs to get involved at this location. Absolutely awful.

I have only been to this location three times, and every single time I have walked into the store- I was stared at and never greeted. I know lululemon prides itself with the best customer service and guest experience, but not this location. There was only one lady who was super sweet. But other than her, the guest experience is pretty bad. You will have a better experience at Somerset or Birmingham.

Lululemon always has the best customer service at every location I have been to. Don’t waste your time going to one the in Rochester Hills, MI. The manager is absolutely nasty. Not at all what you would expect from a manager. I bought a jumpsuit less than a week ago that is clearly defective and said she can’t return it to get a gift card. After going back and forth wasted time in there, also called customer service and had them on speaker and they said it should be no problem. She refused and send go ship it lol. Walked out went to Troy, MI Lulu all I have to say what a world of a difference. I am aware item is defective it’s not my fault. The associate at Troy, MI didn’t even need a manager. He didn’t give me store credit either which I would have been fine with, he gave me credit back to my credit card. This jumpsuit is $260 which is what paid 6 days ago when I purchased it. All the reviews on this item are online so many others are experiencing the same exact issue. Some of comments online said the store will take it back no problem. Yet I had to go to different store in order to get the correct service. Lulu made a big mistake by promoting or by hiring this manager at the Rochester Hills, MI. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they know she doesn’t meet the standards of Lululemon. The employee wasn’t any better either. Didn’t have high expectations with her manager training her to be rude just like her. Extremely disappointed for Lululemon with employees like this destroying their image. People should get a job they actually enjoy. Clearly this is not a good match. Pray for her and hopefully she will land a job where she can respect herself and others around her. I have included pics of comments from website and someone posted a pic of the item and what happens to it, which is exactly what happen to my item. The fabric is softstream. I am still in shock I had to experience that and I hope no one will ever encounter that. Have a blessed day.

It was my first time in this store. Trying on clothes isn't my favorite thing to do when shopping lol. Kim was so helpful. She helped me find the perfect fit for the items I purchased. Thank you for making the experience so much better!

I’m big on vibes, I’m literally just there for a bag. I didn’t receive a hello, how can I help you, just dirty stares. I know I’m a not conventional looking shopper, let’s face it I’m black and plus size. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I just walked out and I will never support this brand. I mean the owner said it out his mouth this was for specific demographic.
