My daughter ordered me a GPS for Dummies on line for Christmas. They had put the charger for it with broken parts in the sealed bag. I could not use the GPS naturally. I tried calling them on their listed numbers on their web site. Constant busy. Constant busy after hours. What does this tell you? I finally emailed them. I explained that it took me over 3 hours at Wall Mart about this. The store finally gave me a refund credit and told me to go back to their electronics dept. and order another one. This one cost 49 dollars plus tax. Waited again a long time to get waited on. The one my daughter ordered was a Christmas special and was no longer available. I explained all this to Maylong in the email. Their one and only reply was go to wall mart. I sent 2 more emails giving them a date to send me a new charger.I have never heard from them again, and no new charger was sent. I have just found out today that I know why they don't care. I filled out a online form for the BBB for the complaint dept.. Got to the very end and found out they want 25 dollars for them to read the complaint. Where is the justice for all of this? I would never recommend this company I will tell everyone I know don't buy any of their products. I recommend that you go on their web page www.maylong.com and see what other products they sell. If their was a problem they wouldn't honor their guarantee.

Horrible customer service. I've been trying to contact a live human being for tech support since early January. It is now February 2nd. I think the company may be out of business. If not, it should be!
