Horrible financial institution! They're quick to take every penny from my account without any notice! I was charged 250 times and over $1751.00 for the year! If I don’t have anyone contact me regarding this matter, I’ll be escalating this to an attorney!!! Most of my fees was from utilizing a “Co-Op” which in return I was still charged fees!!!! Someone contact me at your earliest convenience!

A store can only be this bad when it is mismanaged from the top. I need to use the electric carts as I am 72 with bad knees. I stopped going to the Livernois store and began going out to 26mile when they stopped using the wall the architect provided with outlets to put soda and stuff there to sell right at the entry. I get that the vendors pay them for that, but then they need to build such an area in at the start. They jammed all the carts behind other displays to the bottle return side of the entry so close together you couldn't get between them to sit on one. Also there was one outlet for maybe 6 carts and they wouldn't get charged. Well 12/3/19 I was right next door and decided to try to shop there. They have put a cheap power strip in that one outlet to charge all the carts. It is so cheap the plugs are pulling out and exposing the live wires. By the scorch marks on the wall it has shorted out already. This is how an idiot manager can cost a company millions in liability by harming somebody. Photo attached of the power strip with bent shell and protruding plugs. Click on it for wider close-up.

I went to the pharmacy at this location for the first time last night to drop off a prescription and today to pick it up. I've gone shopping here 100 times and never had a bad experience. Well today the lady at the pharmacy was quick to help me, she showed me an app on my phone with coupons as well. And was patient while I got the app and created an account! Her name was Angela!

You can start by not stealing your members money... It's funny how I have funds to cover a $31 overdraft fee but not a $27 transaction. They take money from your account and say it's pending then charge you an overdraft on the same money that's unavailable and pending. If it's unavailable then you already took it. Why am I being charged an overdraft?

A quick review here. (I hope ha ha ) I stopped in this location since in the area after the cemetery on Hamlin. 1st of all AVOID the road its on S. Livernois since its under construction unless you can deal well with one lane, construction machines and dirty messy areas. Not my liking for driving slow pace and getting my SUV dirty. I am a driver who also has need for speed to a destination. Point made. This store could use more room, a slight remodel to update like those other Kroger Marketplace locations. A rundown parking lot and lack of help with baskets all over, Then Upon walking in I saw the bottle return area is too small and lacking of those squish machines. I saw many employees that were pleasant and stocking in some areas being on a Friday for the rush of weekend shoppers. I needed to purchase my Friday Digital items plus some fruit and romaine lettuce. The produce department is large, organized and was stocked with colorful choices so no complaint in this area. All Friday and Saturday items were in stock so my mini shopping list was completed. Disappointment: I needed a gallon of milk and I noticed the high price for Kroger Milk at this location was for $ 1.89 so I'm not sure if all stores can list their milk prices higher or lower than other ones. Bakery department looked large but I didn't not stop to buy anything. I bought 3 flavors of Sunkist, Canada Dry and Vernors pop on sale as a 6-pack of plastic bottles. Kraft shredded cheese on sale filled my cart with 6 packages along with a large cottage cheese container for $1.29. Self check-out areas: NOT enough lanes only 6 (photo attached) and only at one end of the store. I waited 10 minute to pay for my items which gave me time to load my photos to Yelp. :) Final comment, Been Here, Shopped Here therefore Nah I won't be back here to shop. I'll stay with my home area store thank you. So 3 stars for this Kroger location.

Today I went to the Kroger on Livernois. There is one older woman who works there with short white hair (I didn't catch her name tag) that always is rude in the way she talks to people... at least me. One time, i went in to cash in my returnables and she came in to yell at me for placing cans that weren't accepted there (mind you I bought the beer from there) I asked her what the problem was, and she replied "if you don't like it you can leave".... seriously???? You're a grocery clerk, not even a manager, I know because I asked her. Fast forward to today and my lovely friend is the one who is bagging my groceries. HOORAY!!!! I had a huge cart full of groceries, $330 in total after my card. She was moving a little slow and there was an irritated group of other shoppers growing behind me. I asked if I could use the gun to scan my the items in the bottom of my cart to speed things along. The clerk said it was ok and my lovely friend continued to question me on if I scanned everything as she watched me scan the 3 items in plain sight. I'm not an employee but I'm not a thief or an idiot. Multiple times I tried to load the already bagged items as your lovely employee huffed and puffed at me and told me, angrily, "maybe you should just let me do it because I have a lot of heavy stuff." Maybe you should try moving with pace and put the heavy stuff at the bottom? All of this after another clerk told me "I need a bigger cart." I chuckled because I thought she was just joking but then she told me to "go get another cart." Is this your idea of customer service???? I let her continue at her snail pace and eventually had enough when she started flinging my f****** groceries in the cart and finally grabbed the last of the bags and finished myself. If you are this miserable and treat people like this constantly at your job every single day, you don't deserve a job and should probably hang it up and call it a day. This is the last time i go to this location and I urge others to go a mile down the road to Hollywood market, papa Joe's, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

They are shady and purposely trap people so that they overdraw their account and won't do anything about it. Tried to transfer money from my savings account to my Chase account and when charged with $2.00 fee for the transaction from my available amount no the actual amount in the account. It didn't show the final transfer amount with the 2.00 added before finally transferring and was charged not only $30 from @MichiganFirst CreditUnion them but also from Chase. I can't wait to close my account from these crooks!

Two issues. One, their produce quality is terrible anymore. 50% of what we buy is rotten and can't be used. Second, their strategy for growing online purchases has their picking employees with their carts cramming aisles and unprofessionally interfering with the shopping experience. Having shopped at Kroger for decades, It is now at the bottom of our list of grocery stores.

My son opened an account with Michigan First Credit Union within his high school because they boasted about being helpful towards young people. That is NOT the case! Since he has opened his account, they have been unhelpful and charging him fees here and there. The reasonings for the charges are outrageous and when I tried to help him, the branch member was rude and actually hung up on me, hiding behind the fact that I am not on his account. Recently, he found out that he was
