Terrible service at the minute clinic. Waited 2 hours even with an appointment.

Change your hours on Google. The minute clinic is only open until 7:30.

Signed up for a COVID booster, got multiple confirmation texts, show up at my appointment and I'm not in the sign in kiosk. They also have multiple signs up saying they don't do booster shots. So what is it CVS, you take appointments for COVID boosters, confirm to the patient that you have their appointment and send them messages regarding the appointment; or you don't and you shouldn't be making appointments for people to get the COVID booster. So, nope, not going back.

I’ve been here a couple times. Nurse practitioners are always helpful and knowledgeable. I prefer here because it’s was quicker than a PCP or urgent care.Came here today and saw Ashley. She was great.

Now appointment is necessary but can be booked online. Expect some wait time especially after mid morning.

I made an appointment on June 18 for a quick antigen COVID-19 testing. I thought this would be easier and cheaper for insurance than PCR testing. To the contrary, CVS minute Clinic made it a very expensive medical visit. The bill showed $120 for antigen test; $139 for medical visit, which is ridiculous! When they started to measure blood pressure for me, I felt the difference. I asked why, I come only for a quick antigen testing, as the web says and shows. They say they don't that anymore. I felt being cheated by CVS Minute Clinic.

Last 2 times the appointments have run 30 minutes to an hour late. Why not schedule longer appointments rather than making patients wait so long?

The wait time was absurd. Even after making an appt. we were there for an hour and a half. The NP took so long to see us and we did not even see any other patients coming or going. She also took a call in the middle of our visit. Will not be returning

Seriously disappointed not only that they have scratches to my 3 year old in nose and it’s bleeding all this for covid test and they can’t even do that without hurting him, and yes I can’t make enough money but I have to give whole few without any discounts.Seriously no empathy

Horrible experience. Had an appt for flu shot for my 3 daughters. Signed in 15 min before first appt, as i was instructed to do. Waited for 45 min with 3 young children and couldn’t take it anymore. Should evaluate appt scheduling with staffing and walkins.

I've gone to a couple MinuteClinic's as i find family physicians have a longer wait time schedule wise as well as the day of. I also know this place takes my insurance and is not in a shady location, like most that accept Medicaid. I tested positive for a rapid test strep throat in early October and was prescribed amoxicillin. After I finished the antibiotics the symptoms came back so I returned to this pharmacy. It was a different NP and he did another rapid test, it came back positive and he prescribed me penicillin. After I finished those antibiotics the symptoms came back again. (Mind you I'm changing my tooth brush taking all the antibiotics, I'm not a smoker. Idk it was weird) I scheduled my appointment at this point it's the second week of November and it was about 8 hours in advance, because I had virtual school all day. Ten minutes before my appointment started I get a call "I see that you were just here. I'm canceling your appointment. This is an ongoing problem and I cannot help you." - Nurse "Can you please do a rapid strep test to see if that is what I still have?" - Me "No. I'm cancelling your appointment." - Nurse That was about it. I was shocked. I called customer service and explained I've never had anyone refuse me service before. I waited all day for the appointment. I thought it was unprofessional and I was still on the waiting list. Should I go in and still check in? They told me I should. So I go in about 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be, and I checked in at the kiosk. She came out of her room "Can I help you?" I said "Yes, hi my name is Veronica and I just spoke with you on the phone. I talked to customer service and they told me to come in." She said "Are you a doctor?" "Is customer service a doctor?" "I don't feel comfortable seeing you." I was in the middle of the cvs c-r-y-i-n-g. She wouldn't talk to me privately and I just thought she was being so mean I wanted to record her but I couldn't even move and didn't want to incite anything. She told me to go somewhere else and I may need an IV or it could be in my brain. She started to scare me. So the next day I went to Rochester Urgent care, they didn't even test me they said it was very odd the minute clinic gave me two rounds of antibiotics from the same "cillin" family. They gave me exactly what I needed, which was an antibiotic from a different family, and got me out in thirty minutes. I'm honestly shocked how I was treated at the Minute Clinic and I'm never going to go back for the small instance I would ever see that nurse again. I do not recommend. But I will say the manager left me a message that she would follow up with the issue and she and customer service were the only ones who apologized. So I think the location is okay, it's just that nurse was horrible.

All members of the family have gone here for one reason or another and always gotten great care. Occasionally, we have had to wait, but not usually too long at all. Waiting is sometimes due to the NPs giving thorough care. I would absolutely recommend.
