The young lady was very rude to me. My card wouldn’t work at the pump and she treated me like I’m stupid!!!

My favorite gas station in the Rochester area. We get our propane and gas there for the most part. Unlike a comment I read in a google review, the people working there have always been super friendly.

The woman working inside made fun of my speech delayed toddler while I was trying to check out. I was so shocked and uncomfortable. I'm not sure why my sons intelligence needed to be commented on.

Even though they are more expensive, the worker Sylvia was kind, courteous and professional. Customer service is worth the extra money they nickel and dime you on.

I recommend avoiding this particular Mobil location. They have a lot of issues with pumps not working properly. The last 3 times I've gone there, I've ended up leaving without gas because the pump froze up or wouldn't authorize, and the person working didn't know how to fix it. I would go to a different location if possible if you are going there to actually get gas.

Selling defective products and then won't exchange the product 30 seconds after the purchase. Absolutely bull stealing customers money and then making up excuses for why they can't exchange it for the exact same product. The gurl inside was very nice but I paid for a product I deserved a product that works if I spent my hard earned money.

I got a pump right away and got out of there with no problems.

Dirtiest, oldest gas station in the area. Weeds everywhere, garbage, and gas station islands that haven't been painted in many years. This gas station doesn't even belong in our beautiful city. The owners do the bare minimum to stay open and make money without updates. It wouldn't take that much to paint, clear out the weeds, and replace the completely outdated card readers and pumps. The workers there seem to be family and have absolutely no idea of what it takes to run a CLEAN, FRIENDLY, gas station.

Employees don’t wear masks, and don’t enforce customers to either. Great place to catch covid.

Note this review is during the pandemic. Employees weren’t wearing masks and there were no signs encouraging customers to wear masks. Also beer and liquor are overpriced. Never coming here again.

RUDE!!!!! I've never had an issue until this past weekend. I stopped in to quickly grab some bottled drinks and snacks for my family. My boy and I went to the counter where there was nobody waiting in line. I was thirsty and opened my drink while waiting to pay. The attendant, ignoring me, came to the register with a bottle of wine for another customer he had been helping. I assumed that he was just going to check her out really quick and then we'd be next. No problem... except he did this four other times, with the same customer, only checking prices, going back and forth to grab various bottles, and never even acknowledging that we were standing there. He couldn't apologize for making us wait, or even say that it would only be a moment. He said nothing. This went on for nearly 20 minutes while my wife was waiting in the car. By the time he was finally ringing up the $85 bottle of wine for the customer, he rings her up first, then proceeds to meddle with the bottle of wine and still no acknowledgement that I had been standing there the whole time. All the while, a line of 8 other people were behind me and also waiting. I took another few swigs of my water (I was thirsty), set the bottle back on the counter with all of my other stuff, and walked out of the store. I will never stop in this place again and, since I live in the neighborhood, all of my friends and family will also be warned to stay away from this place.
