This is one of my favorite locations. Recently when I needed parts for a brake job on a Journey, they had everything I needed and when I found I needed additional parts they were able to order and get for me the next day. Friendly and helpful staff here. Store well stocked and, in the event they do not have your part, they are pretty quick to get it ordered and in most cases to you within a day. They always have the oils and cleaners I need to maintain my vehicles as well. Thanks.

Went looking for a specific size of plastic shield fasteners/retainers for under my car and brought some to show the employee what we were looking for. He didn’t seem like he knew what he was searching for on his computer to see if they had any in stock and told us “we have nothing like that here.” He then directed us to the aisle with the fasteners and said “I have other customers to help.” As if… we are not customers seeking help???

They had multiple guys behind the counter. The one who helped me seemed ok. The other one told a customer that his battery was going to require the entire wiper cowl to be removed to access is battery. A lie so he would not have to change the battery. He was also very short with customers.

I walked in, found the wiper blade aisle, and spent 10 minutes navigating the little computer that tells you what blades you need. (Very useful if the employees are busy with other customers or are just too busy hanging out and talking to one another). I eventually figured out which ones to get for the front windshield, but the little computer that was assisting me couldn't tell me which blade to buy for the rear windshield. Not wanting to interrupt the employees' conversation, I decided to just Google it. After scrolling through the results looking for the O'Reilly website I came across the AutoZone website and gave that a try. I input some make/model info, and it gave me a plethora of information about what blades to use on each wiper. (There are 3 different sizes for the Jeep Compass - Driver's side, Passenger's side, and rear). I looked for anything that was 10 inches, as was the size of my rear wiper blade, but came up empty handed. Realizing at this point that there was literally an AutoZone across the street, I carefully put the wipers I was already holding in my hands back on the pegs I took them from and casually strolled out of the store. I was easily in there for 15 - 20 minutes, and not one person acknowledged my existence. But the folks at AutoZone were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me to put the blades on. O'Reilly should really take notes.

They didn't have what I needed in stock but Ben made sure to call around and wait on hold to find another location that had it. His customer service and ability to multi task is bar none!

Well, when to start I went last night to change a car battery and they said come tomorrow morning when other members are here to help you. My son went at 8:00 am they said oh you must come at 1:30 pm to change your battery the person who do this service is not here. And to finish in 1;30 pm the person in front store said we don't do that. Basically we lost a day from work and more time to find another place. Thank you for your service I'm never return to your store ever.

I walked in the other day asking about their battery warranty program but I couldn't find my receipt and really didn't understand how things worked. A lovely older gentle men when out of his to assist me in trying to find the receipt digitally. With no luck I decided to purchase a new battery while gaining valuable advice along the way. When I tell you this man has optimal customer service skills I mean it. He was kind, informative, and straight up hilarious. I'm unsure of his name but he deserves a raise. That man made my day. After losing my grandfather, getting hit by a semi, and losing my job, this experience is just what I needed. Thank you!

After being an almost exclusive customer to this store since 2001, I will no longer give them my money. I've never had an issue with recycling my oil containers in the past. Yes, I always have multiple containers to cut down on trips to the store. Marshall was so nice to say that they could only take one and that the store across the street did not even take old oil anymore. This could not have been further from the truth. I left to go across the street where they stated that they had no limit and still would take old oil. I continued my intended purchase from O'Reilly at the store across the street. You've lost a customer you've had for over 20 years.

O'Reilly Auto Parts always has what I need in stock; if they don't have it, they'll gladly order it for you. The associates are friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere has been much improved with updated lights, signage, and shelving layouts.
