These guys helped us this year with a problematic start-up and a bunch of repairs. They’re not cheap, but I’m a firm believer in getting what you pay for. Everything works better than it ever has, and the service call was handled on time and efficiently.
Highly recommend.

Horrible Experience with the Service and the Main Service Guy. Would not recommend any longer. Complained to company and response from company turn to the customers fault for bad service. Unbelievable Service Man who yells alot during the visit and complains about his job, without any customer skills.

We provided a large residential landscaping job for a homeowner who contracted with Steve & Elmer's to provide the irrigation work. We were not familiar with Steve & Elmer's as we cover more of the southwest area and they cover more of the northeast area. Steve and Elmer's did a great job. They showed up on time, worked quickly, professionally, & did not cut any corners. Its refreshing to see another owner operated company that is so hands on. Unprecedented disappointment! I called S & E for a simple mist head replacement, and a zone valve issue. Took more than 2 weeks to get an appointment. They finally showed up fixed the heads but swung and missed on the valve issue. I returned home 2 days later and had the exact same problem. Called them back and again waited several weeks (without a zone of service). Finally returned and it took the tech well over an hour to fix what turned out to be nothing more than a sticky valve. Of course I was charged for every minute. After 2 visits and several hours of "work" my final bill was almost $500.00!! I contacted the company and requested an owner give me a call...no call, no adjustment to the bill. Never again. My advice is to get a verbal estimate prior to waiting several weeks for them to even get to you...and then...good luck!

The company we've used in the past for sprinkler winterization went out of business, so went to good 'ole Google. Saw this company with high rating and called. Got fast callback, Tammy was very nice and fun to talk with, scheduled me for 2 days later, and contacted me next day to let me know the 3 hour window in which they'd arrive. Came on time today, got the sprinklers blown out quickly and efficiently. Steve came out himself so got an opportunity to chat and learn about the company.VERY happy and impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and quick service!!Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I hired Steve & Elmer's Sprinklers to come to my company's showroom to repair some sprinkler heads that had been damaged by the lawn care service. Steve, the owner came himself to address the issues. He assessed the repairs and replaced what needed to be. He even adjusted the heads for me because they weren't hitting the landscape properly. While he was inspecting the system, he made several suggestions that could improve what we had and save us money. He is polite and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to refer his company to my friends and family. If there is one thing that you don't want to take a chance with, it's anything that has to do with water and your home! Hire Steve & Elmer's to do it. They might be a little busy during this time of year, but that's a good thing. It means they are doing things right and people want to work with them!
