AVOID THIS STORE the new management is from another shady authorized retailer. The upper management pushes employees to add things onto your account and force you into buying their most expensive plan. They have a plan called essentials it is the cheapest plan you can get and if you ask to sign up for that plan they will walk you. It’s all a numbers game here they have high turn over I assume because of the impossible goals set by the higher management. Go to the Corprate stores where they have less of a goal to sell you stuff and more of a goal to actually take care of you.

I can't say well enough of this place. The Manager Romen and his team are a great group. I got in and out in a great time and had an awesome buying experience. Have no fear going here for all your phone and Internet needs. You can tell the staff really cares. Thank you guys!

During the holidays they said the were doing a promotion that was given if you upgraded to a new phone. The promotion included an Apple Watch and AirPods. I was questioning it at first but they reassured me that it came with the new iPhone I was purchasing. A couple months later I noticed my phone bill going up. Turns out the Apple Watch isn’t free and I’m being charged for services for it. I called T-Mobile’s representatives and they said they can’t take care of it, I would have to go into the store to fix this issue. The store agents say they can’t take care of it either. Make it make sense.

Actually a 0 if I could leave that!! Run Run Run from this place and its Store Manager Jeremy. I wish I would have looked at theses reviews before stepping foot into this store. I experienced basically the same thing as others in terms of receiving things we did not ask for or need and being told they were free as part of a promotion. That is until the bill came and noted that the free iPad that was supposed part of a promotion was actually costing over $34/ month. Also never received the $200 Gift Card he promised as part of the transaction. After going back and discussing 3 times in the store and now 3 times on the phone with T-Mobile customer support Jeremy actually admitted that the price he quoted to add a phone line to 2 existing lines was upsold to also add the cost of the iPad and the service line for the Ipad. That was never discussed and he originally said it was included when I added the 3rd line. He also admitted that his company's sales training includes this type of deceitful "masking or upselling" to the consumer. This place and their manager Jeremy is very deceitful and deceptive in their sales practices. I will never ever go back to this place. In fact will probably be changing carriers altogether since I am getting now where with T Mobile corporate either on these issues.Reading all of the other reviews, where others have had the exact same experience with him, I don't know how this franchise continues to employ him. He is ruining this franchise's and T Mobile's reputation big time!!!

I will give 0 star if i can , This place are terrible , The first time they ask is "did you buy the phone from us" then I explained We just want to terminate one of our line because we don't use it , and they asking if we bought the phone from them , I say yes then they ask when? And that question coming from their so called manager , after that they have so many excuses that they can't access your billing , while I know exactly they can, they just don't want to , then we going to other T mobile location and they help us right away, I wish my message can reach their corporate office and I can explained more detail how they treat customer, I can't judge all T mobile bad just this particular location , if you planning to buy phone don't buy from this place, buy it from other place , this place is 3rd party of T mobile , never ever coming back to here again !

I was paying over 500$ with Verizon for phone lines and I came in just looking to get a tablet and Tyler talked to me and was able to switch me over tmobile and save me over 200$ a month

My recent visit to this T-Mobile store, unfortunately, left me with an incredibly negative impression, primarily due to the actions of the manager, Jeremy. It is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others.During a seemingly routine upgrade transaction, this store not only misled me regarding the costs involved but also took advantage of the situation, resulting in a loss of my money. The initial quote provided was far from accurate, and upon completing the transaction, I realized I had been unfairly charged.Seeking resolution, I approached Jeremy, who is the store manager, with my concerns. However, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded with disrespect and a complete disregard for customer courtesy. His dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the discrepancy were disheartening, leaving me with a sense of frustration and disbelief.What further exacerbated the situation was Jeremy's attempt to deflect blame by demanding an apology from me, alleging insults towards his staff. This diversion tactic only underscored the lack of accountability and professionalism within the store's management.My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers considering this T-Mobile store. Jeremy's dishonesty and disrespectful behavior have tarnished the overall experience, making it imperative for others to approach this establishment with caution. It is my sincere wish that improvements are made to ensure a more transparent and customer-centric environment in the future.

chef kiss came in to pay my bill the manager told me i was paying too much money now i feel like i should trust this man helped me lower my bill! and got two tablets as well for my sister and brother! love this man!

This store did an amazing job switching me over from att, and even set up my new phones for me so I didn’t have to. The reps were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.
