I came into the store initially to turn in my old phone from my upgrade a week ago. By the time we left, Matt had solved three more problems we didn’t even know we had. Not only was his customer service super friendly, he also dealt with our plan issues quickly and explained them very thoroughly. 10/10 experience and if anyone comes into this store, Matt is your man!

Despite my initial irritation with my phone not working correctly, Matt at Rochester Hills T-Mobile made the situation somewhat humorous! My problem was unfortunately not fixed tonight, solution was discovered though so, I will be back on Monday to pick up my new replacement phone. Thank you for all the time you spent troubleshooting with my phone and making sure i was aware of all of our options!

There was no wait at all. Got in and got helped right away. I went to look for an S23 plus, but there is none in stock, and they will have to order it. I didn't want to wait since I would be out of town, so I went on and purchased the regular S23... very helpful people here...

Thinking about leaving tmobile after coming to this location. Took over an hour. Not friendly. Felt Unwelcomed. After getting a new sim card he didn’t even bother to offer to insert it in our phone, though he had the tool right in front of him.Had to do it in the car with earrings. Why? Overall bad experience.

Came in one day with my mom to see if there was a way someone could take a look at my phone and immediately got refused to go to a different tmoble or U FIX with out even checking my phone or letting asking me what the problem was. Definitely not coming in if there a chuby guy with glasses

Every rep including manager in the store is helpful and amazing! I had the opportunity to do business with everyone as I visited the store twice to complete my account setup.Starting with Steve, I enquired over phone if the phones are available before heading to the store and when I got the store, I realized that he kept the phones/gateways/accessories on hold for me to make sure they have it available when I get to the store.Then I worked with Trevor, to setup my account. Despite of the store closing hours, he went ahead and spent additional time with me to make sure I got everything straight. I had to visit the store next day to complete additional setup, Trevor continued to help me while dealing with customers as well instead of just keeping me wait.I later worked with the store manager(missed the name, apologies) she tried to help me in all sorts of ways to have the phones shipped to my friend in another state.Later on I worked with Jake who helped me with porting lines, he also helped me in finding a number of my choice and talked to customer care for several minutes to get the number of my choice.Overall, everyone went above and beyond to help the customer and it was pleasure doing business with them.

Bought an I-Phone during the free air pods promotional period. We were told the AirPods would be available in a few days and just come back in next week for them. Nope. Turns out we were totally bamboozled. Customer service and other employees at this location were like, no, that’s not how that works. Needless to say, didn’t get the AirPods. I hate being duped. Total disappointment.

Has been their customer from day-1 ( ever since the service used to be called Voice stream) always loved their customer friendly service at a very reasonable price. Really love how they kick the butt of other big Mobile companies

I was disappointed in the level of customer service. I've been coming here for years and this is the first time they didn't have phones in stock. You have to order them. Then, e got vague instructions on how to transfer info to the new phone. So basically, this guy made$$$for pushing a few buttons and leaving it up to us to figure it out.
