My friend and I were laughing at a joke, then proceeded to be clapped at by one of the employees and told if we were to keep "fooling around" we would destroy the display of plastic hello kitty q-tips. I understand not wanting a ruckus in your store, but I think we've learned spacial awareness by the time we're 17. Going to Marshals next time ??

I’m insulted by how I was treated in this store today. THE CASHIER CLEARLY THOUGHT I WAS A THIEF AND I DONT KNOW CHANGING PRICES OR SOMETHING. Management please have a conversation with your team and teach your staff to communicate with consumers. Even if I was pegged as a thief I still deserve to know why my purchase is being put on hold and that cashier should have communicated to me what was happening. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND I AM CALLING CORPORATE

I usually don't review stores like this, nor do I leave for reviews unless they are super warranted. Soon as I came on here and saw how low the ratings already were, I knew I wasn't the only one that felt this way then. This location has absolutely horrible staff. They are very rude, do not work with you on any sort of adjustments on damaged clothing or items, half the time have the wrong tags and don't have the correct clearance tags on the correct items, so you end up at the checkout with things that end up costing way more than what the tag showed because they don't know how to do their job. You'll also end up waiting quite a few extra minutes in line when you are next because the person checking out in front of you is casually speaking with the cashier in their own language. Quite frequently the staff or interacting with each other in their same language as well, and having a very old time while customers wait for them to do their jobs.

Horrible customer service. I normally do not let things bother me, but this was unacceptable. I felt very disrespected. The manager refused to answer my question- would not talk to me- just kept reiterating their policy. I understand following policy and why polices exist. However, the manager wouldn’t even listen/talk to me. Now, I don’t know what to do next time this happens. Will not be shopping here again.
