People are friendly, but the company is complete garbage.They had a security breach confirmed with my personal information being exposed. Lincare answer - canned letter with some credit bureau info. No credit monitoring service for a year, nothing. When I called for a follow up, canned responses, bare minimum with a tone that it is my fault this happened. Unbelievable.Go anywhere else, do not give these people your information. You are at risk. Wish I would have known that Lincare was un-professional and lacked of customer focus prior to utilizing their service.

Terrible service ,charging for products not ordered or received ,I got billed for equipment I never received ,6 weeks AFTER I CANCELLED ,Never received product ,they just fraudulently billed Blue Cross.

Although I've had issues with billing from corporate, this local facility is top notch in terms of customer service. Ask for Daniel!! He's knowledgeable and courteous.

The absolute worst health care supply company. If you don’t mind 2-3 month response from home office, multiple billing errors, and weeks for reimbursement of money took from your bank account-then this is the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and ask your dr. for another referral.
