This is a belated 5 star review. It should have been written in early August 2023, after the great experience I had there. I used this location to pack and ship several items including a desktop PC, and a lamp and shade. I also brought in several cartons I had packed myself. The employee who helped me was wonderful! So cheerful and patient. When the costs were totaled, she asked if I belonged to AAA or AARP, which I do, which gave me a discount. I've been using UPS for years in Michigan and Florida, and no one has ever mentioned those discounts. I was delighted. Now, here it is January 2024 and I'm just opening the boxes they had packed for me. OMG! What an amazing job they did: everything wrapped so carefully! No shortage of bubble wrap or tape at all! They even hand made a separate little box for a light bulb. Plus they neatly packaged a couple of old potholders I meant to toss out, and included a cute little note with a smiley face on it. So, 5 months later I'm finally writing this review. I just had to write and commend the store and the great employee who helped me. I'm so sorry I don't have her name now. If I do find the original bill of sale and her name is there, I'll edit this to give her the public acclaim she deserves.Thank you, UPS on Livernois near Walton! Job VERY well done!p.s. I've used this location in the past, and always thought they did a great job. This time, the experience went far beyond! Thank you for providing such excellent service.

i visited the store today to mail out two packages. i first informed the cashier/employee that i had never mailed out packages before, and was unsure of what the process was or what information he would need from me. i also informed him that i am hard of hearing. he had a deeper and softer tone of voice and he chose not to project his voice or enunciate any of his words through the entire transaction, and i had to keep repeatedly telling him i could not understand what he was saying. it caused me a great deal of stress to not be able to understand what he was telling me, especially regarding shipping costs. at one point, he cupped his hands around his mouth to make his voice louder, which was horribly embarassing for me. in the moment i was so shocked and embarrassed that all i could do was collect my receipt and make my exit. the receipt says the employee’s name is Malik. i don’t like to put people on blast, but this whole interaction made me feel just awful. i just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, especially someone with an invisible disability.

Went in to drop off a return, the gentleman helping was extremely rude and he told me twice that I was wasting his time. He was so unprofessional and incredibly rude. I will definitely be finding a different store from now on.

I came into the store on a Sunday on my way back home to Colorado. I dropped off a ton of items I needed to ship home. A lot of fragile items and tons of miscellaneous things. Lexi went through the items and rang me up. I received the package today and was blown away with the care she used in packing my items. Nothing was broken or even bent. I appreciate how thoughtful she was in the process. Absolutely amazing.

This store is pretty good. I mostly use it for online returns and occasional shipping needs. Employees generally do what is required, but it bugs me that every time I come in the same employee has a sour expression on her face and barely says two words during a transaction. A small complaint, but it leaves me with a bad feeling every time.

What a ripoff - I have a package that is a return that UPS has already prepaid for shipping, and the store charges $2.39 to print the label to return to UPS. I will NEVER go back to this store again for any shipping, packaging or anything. That $2.39 charge for a label that cost less than a penny to make, is sure going to cost a lot more in the long run. Horrible Business Practice. There are other places within 1/4 mile to drop off packages.

Have used this store since I moved to the area and they do a good job. Mostly stop here to drop off Amazon returns and a few times to get stuff notarized. Great store overall.

This place is horrible. The attitude of the workers is miserable. They are condescending and nasty. Never had a good experience here and will never set foot in the place again!
