Not going to lie, probably the dirtiest and unorganized establishment I have shopped at. I understand times are tough and businesses have to put the extra slack on current employees. Ill just drive to the one in Lapeer next time

This store has been going downhill since last year. No sanitizer or wipes for the shopping carts. The bottle return area was filthy. Cans and bottles stacked all around the return machines. 3 out of 4 return machines were broken with the 4th machine not recognizing walmart bought returns. The womens bathroom was filthy. Soap dispensers ripped off the walls 3 sinks not working. I spoke with manager who said he couldn't do anything as they were short staffed and he just found out the bottle return machines were not working. I called corporate and left a complaint. Never heard back from them. I will not shop there again.

I had the best customer service in the tire center today. There were two lady's and one young man that took the best care of me. I thought it was a nail in my tire and know one could fix it bit when they took my tire off to put a new one on they found out it was a tack in my tire and no damage. My lucky day. Thanks a million for amazing service. ??

The store is fine inside. The bottle return always seems to be having problems, full and not working, or completely out of order when I bring bottles in. Then I get to lug them back to my truck. Fun.

This store never has enough lanes open. I see more personal shoppers working the floors than cashiers working the registers. If you purchase ice cream it will be melted by the time you make it home. My family spent 40 mins in line today with 4 people ahead of me. The Express lane would make it faster but with a large order, not allowed. I will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this store.

I cannot speak highly enough of the automotive center team. On Easter Sunday, our car had a catastrophic flat tire on I-75. We were able to limp to Adams on a donut, and on a chance decided to see if Walmart was open. It was! But it was 10 minutes after 5:00. Too late, I thought. But the young man (Ken? Of Asian descent, probably in his 20s) working possibly his first job that day was FANTASTIC. He said they would of course take us on, as it was an emergency. He then advised use on the appropriate tire (not the most expensive but not the dirt cheapest either) and had it re-mounted and ready to go. His attitude, and that of his coworker, was excellent. I can't say enough good things, and to see a young fellow being coached and obviously well-trained in customer service is a real treat. Keep up the great work, and pay these pros MORE if you want keep them, and your customers, happy.

Only two three cashiers during a pandemic. Probably doesn't surprise anyone that this is the same as it was during the holidays. This company has absolutely no respect for their consumer. Really wish there was a competitor that could do better

Every time I come here the cashier lines are sooooooo soooooo soooo long! So if you want fast, great service and speedy checkout DONT COME HERE! I always see so many workers and like 2 people cashing people out when they're boat loads is people waiting! Waste of time! Go to Meijer right next to it!

I did my research prior to making my trip to this store. The web site showed you were in stock so I felt confident. I will never make that mistake again. While the prices are good Amazon is more reliable and they are extremely competitive. I have converted from a Walmart shopper to Amazon all the way!!! Thank you Walmart for making this decision an easy one!!!

The Fresh Prince never comes here. He goes to Willmart. Pretty typical Walmart that can be pretty hard to get in and out of when it's busy. It's up in the nice part of town so it's a little bit nicer than some of the other Walmarts in the area and I was able to find almost everything that I needed when I came here for shopping during my summer trip for a couple of weeks to Rochester Hills. Barbie's view on these stores in general: More like Allmart. You can find all you need here. Blanket? Check. Yarn? Check. Windshield wipers? Check. Bananas? Check. Shampoo? Check. Walmart is an evil corporation, but they do have the best prices on most of the stuff you need. It's great that they're adding more vegetarian and plant-based products. I can always depend on Walmart to have cat food and litter when I need it.

They don't have option of giving ZERO STAR, otherwise I would do so. I ordered 3 remote control cars online recently not knowing that it was a third party prudent. I paid $10.59 for each cars, not including tax & shipping was free because I ordered more items. Those 3 cars came in one package. The quality of the car was so cheap that I went to this store to return because no way I would spend even $1 on that quality. JENNIFER, who was working at the service desk, has no idea about customer service! Paying $10.59 for each car, you know how much JENNIFER gave me refund? $3.47 for each car!! & her service is so crappy that she didn't even say a single word why I would get $3.47 for each car. When she did the return for the first car & I saw the amount, I said wait, can you please explain why I'm not getting full amount? She kept doing her stuff & when finally she was done refunding me the lowest amount possible, she explained: $5 each for shipping back the car & $2.12 each for restocking fee. Really? You couldn't tell me beforehand what's going on? You could open your mouth before you ripped me off? You really call yourself a proud Walmart employer JENNIFER? Now came ELIJAH, the so called CSM. & you call yourself customer service manager? ELIJAH asked JENIFFER, did the customer ask you to stop with return procedure? No, JENNIFER replied. HELLOOOO!!! I told u to wait & explain me what's going on. Your stubborn a** kept going! Seriously?! Don't you guys know anything about customer service??
