The employees in ALL positions are extremely rude, very incompetent in their duties, and obviously do not want to do any work or help a customer but sure want their paycheck and "equal pay" for not doing anything. So I guess that would be $0.00 per hour. They will walk away from a line that has over 50 customers in it because it is time for their break. They must get a 50 minute break for every hour they are there. I refuse to go into that store. I almost had a heart attach (for real) in their parking lot the last time I was there because I was so upset. I like some of the products they carry but you can't find it in their messy store. And try to find an employee who isn't on their 50 minute break to help you!!! If you happen to find an employee who is working their 10 minutes per hour they can't help you anyway because they have no clue what to do. Stay healthy and shop a different establishment.

clearly, all walmarts are not created equal. i used to only go to walmart out of desperation or bc there was a big enough sale on something i couldn't find anywhere else. between my own experiences and the memes online, my opinion of walmart was pretty low. i didn't like the store, the employees or the customers. hated the parking lot. hated the font in their logo. just loathed everything about it. but one day, i had to go into this particular walmart and i've had to rethink my overall perception of this chain. not only are the aisles relatively neat (could be better) but they're well-stocked. employees are helpful. customers are fully clothed and have all their teeth. and they're open 24 hours! i was pleasantly surprised. so why not 5 stars? bc it's still walmart, not target. that's why.

Walmart always have the best prices for sure! Sam's club is pretty good too!! With inflation going up Walmart's the one store not asking show me the money!!!

Don't go to this store if you value your time. Lots of managers. No cashiers. Long, slow lines. Very rude personnel. It's worth your time AND gas to shop at any other Walmart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was thee worst Walmart I've been too it was so dirty and stinky they didn't have anything the meat was bad the clothes and were just a mess the fruit was bad bugs were flying over them it made my stomach turn the workers were rude. Also, seeing them giving a old lady a ticket for not having a handicap sticker, but she looks like she could barely walk straight. This whole Walmart experience was horrible. I would never go back to this Walmart nor recommend anyone to go to this Walmart. I wouldn't care if it's the closest Walmart around. You guys need better customer service and to get it together. Worst customer service ever. I had a reciept to show the item was purchased. The Kuereg coffe pot didn't work after 2 days of purchase soI went to return it with my reciept. The woman refuse to view my reciept and walked away and didn't bother to call a manager. I reached out to corporate for a complaint. I hope she gets fired for poor customer service. Okay

I wish there were 0 stars. 2 checkouts open on a Sunday afternoon and the self checkout extended all the way to the back of the produce section. After waiting in line 30 minutes the cashier shut her line down with probably 10 people still in her line. I would avoid this location at all costs.

One of the worst Walmart that I know! It has 22 cashier, but ever time just one is working, and the worst situation is when they closed the self cashier.You can find products in wrong place, and wrong price, and sometimes whiteout the price.Is very frustrated to go there, they have good prices, but it is not enough. This Walmart needs improvement in every single area!

If I could rate this Walmart 0 stars I totally would. I wrote a review about this specific Walmart 2 years ago and had wonderful things to say, but things have definitely changed! I have been here twice since this pandemic and have found that their employees are very racist!!! I'm at the self checkout purchasing some White Claw. The young lady comes and checks my ID. Remind everyone I'm 30 years old. The lady proceeds to ask my sister for her ID because she is with me while I'm purchasing alcohol. I have never heard of such a thing and there is NO law about this. So basically what this morons saying is that if you have your kids with you, you can't purchase alcohol? There is no more help for the human race

Definitely not following the social distancing guidelines. Self serve checkout was all open and groups of people were checking out. Also nobody was cleaning after each use. The one on maple is doing a much better job with this than this store does.

This store's customer service is horrible! Everytime I have been in here I've had an issue. The associates are beyond rude to the point of being confrontational and completely unhelpful. I just had the customer service manager tell me it wasn't her problem because she just got here. Another stood at her register yelling across to customer service that she didn't know what my problem was and to just tell me to step off! This whole she was ringing up a customer. If the store was full and chaotic, I could half way understand. But this crap is ridiculous, Walmart! Thanks to Nicole and Joe for being decent human beings and the little lady back in tvs was so helpful.Guess I'll be reporting to the BBB.I have never been spoken to in this manner in a store and to make it worse, two of the people were Black!!! We have got to stop treating each other like $#!+, y'all. We take enough $#!+ from White people without giving it to one another.This time I'm done! I'm writing a letter to corporate about Walmart Rochester Hills detailing why they have lost a customer for life!

Quite possibly the dirtiest and slowest WalMart I've ever been in. Staff is not helpful nor friendly. The bathroom smelled like there may be a body in it. Also hope you love some cold water when washing your hands. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

They have 22 lanes and only 3 open!! seriously the lines are outrageous at all times the people walking around on the walkers need to radio backup in not worry about other stuff you can't even walk down the front isle

Horrible customer service. I called to speak to someone to help with a return. I was put on hold for 17 minutes. I called back. The switchboard operator was rude. She asked the store manager, Jeff, to take the call. Jeff assured me that he would get me over to the correct person "right away". I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. I called back again. I asked the operator again to speak to a manager. I asked if she could see that I was on hold, she said she could. She never once came back to me as reassured me that she was paging a manager. Again, I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. I called back AGAIN and requested to speak to Jeff. He came back on and said he would get me over to the manager of the department I needed to speak to "right away". Once again I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes. This time someone answered the phone and spoke so fast I could not understand him. I did get that he was the manager of the correct department and his name was Joe. After speeding through his recommendation of what I should do, I politely thanked him and he slammed the phone and hung up on me. The customer service at this store is unacceptable!!! I will not shop there again. I will drive out of my way to shop at another store.

Every time I come here the cashier lines are sooooooo soooooo soooo long! So if you want fast, great service and speedy checkout DONT COME HERE! I always see so many workers and like 2 people cashing people out when they're boat loads is people waiting! Waste of time! Go to Meijer right next to it!
