Very Unprofessional. Jostyl Ting has to learn how to approach to customers. One need to do his homework first. He took all my details and then kept me on HOLD. After that he is saying , rates are still higher then why did he take my SSN #. I would request his seniors to take a look.

I reached out to Advantage Lending because as a new busness owner I was given improper information and was not able to get properly funded. Dan was recommended and encouraged to me by my parents because they got their mortgages through him and love him. My sister and brother in law also have used Dan for their mortgages. I even recommend him to my cousin who is now talking to Dan, as well. He helped explain things to me in a way where a person who has no clue about mortgages could understand! He always made sure I understood stuff and if I didn't he helped explain it. Highly highly recommend!

Dan made getting a mortgage for our first home a low-stress experience! From the very first call, he was patient and thorough in explaining the process and shepherding us through it. He thoughtfully checked on any question that came up during the process (I’m self employed, and we were moving back to MI from NYC) and gave us a clear picture of what to expect with each step.
