It's incredibly rare to find a mattress these days that is made by hand, made with natural materials, and is double sided. Since I started sleeping on the Trillium, I have felt better and have even been more successful at work. I got the soft/plush version, and it's amazing.

Great customer service through and through. From walking in the door in Rochester to follow up emails on delivery. We were going to go to a big furniture store but these mattresses are better made and takes us back to when we were younger when we could rotate and flip the mattresses. We even bought pillows!

I the fall, we stayed at an Airbnb in leelanau and to our delight they had one of your mattresses with the topper. We, stayed for 3 nights and had the most restful sleep ever. Before, our departure we got your company’s name and to were pleased to find a store near to us in Rochester. We, went there several weeks later and purchased a mattress and are now enjoying the comfort in our home.
We, have highly recommended this product to several others who would think you would recommend a mattress but we, are truly impressed.

Purchased a Harbor Light in a king size last summer. Expensive but worth every penny. The woman helping me was knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything. The mattresses sell themselves. Highly recommended

I have had issues sleeping for at least 14 years. Even the firmest mattress gets lumpy and uncomfortable. A friend suggested that I visit Harbor Springs so I did. I was very impressed with the quality and the salesman assured me that a soft mattress would be comfortable. I took the chance and am so glad that I did. I sleep soundly and comfortable every night since my Harbor Springs mattress arrived. The difference in how I feel each morning is transformational. No more back pain, no more discomfort, only great sleep. I am so glad I took the time to visit and test their mattresses.

Purchased the Trillium mattress in July last year. Due to supply chain issues didn’t receive it until the end of October but it was well worth the wait!! We don't wake up with aches and pains anymore. We were worried about feeling a lot of movement while the other person adjusts with the spring mattress, but that hasn’t been a problem. We are recommending this mattress to our friends and family!

Back during the pandemic, we discovered Harbor Springs Mattress Company. My husband and I almost didn’t go into the Traverse City location because it was cold, windy & raining. We were so glad we did though! We were greeted by Rory, the owner. The passion and knowledge for what his company does: Hand-crafted mattresses with local Michigan materials, we knew we had found where we would buy our next mattress without a doubt.
First thing I did was recommend Rory & his team to my parents: they bought their Bed of Roses and absolutely loved it.
Then, I discovered that a co- worker was looking for a new mattress and immediately, I recommended Harbor Springs Mattress Company to them as well; they ended up so happy with their show-room visit and customer service, they too purchased a mattress and have repeatedly thanked me for the recommendation.
Finally, in November 2023, it was our turn to own our own Harbor Springs Mattress, so my husband and I visited the Rochester showroom where Jenn was incredibly helpful, she answered all our questions & we ordered the Harbor Light mattress and couldn’t be happier. There is a reason why I recommend to everyone not to look anywhere but Harbor Springs Mattress company, because good sleep is priceless.

❤️❤️❤️ I spent a year researching matresses. I decided on harbor springs matress company. I love its American made, each matress made for you , specifically. The best choice I could have made. My husband and I visited the Harbor Springs Mattress Company Store in Rochester. We were greeted by Jenn and she spent a lot of time answering our questions! She is very knowledgeable! Jenn was so helpful that we ordered a mattress on our first visit! She is quite an asset to the company!
We have had our new mattress for two months and are quite satisfied with it! Thank you Harbor Spring Mattress Company for making such a quality product!

Just blown away by the craftspersonship and customer service/care of this business! Purchased a mattress in 2017, called in 2023 (6 years later,) about servicing my mattress, for something that was likely my fault. Mattress was picked up, serviced, **made brand new** and delivered back home -- all under warranty.The amazing product and thoughtful business practices of this company are top notch, beyond any expectations. Harbor Springs Mattress is truly amazing. I was afraid to make a wrong pick, so I went here and they were so easy to work with patient, accommodating and honest. They also made installation a stress-less breeze.
Working with them has truly changed my life and I love my mattress. Highly reccomend.
