Worst bank in the state. If you have a problem with your account good luck. These people are more worried about their balance sheet than the little money you have in your account. When their systems fail and you fall victim to fraud or theft, they will do anything to put thus back on the bank customer instead of owning the fact that their security and guardrails are a joke. Where was your last data breach? How many UDAAP violations have you racked up? Didn't you have to threaten to sue one of your former CIOs for breach of contract? Yea, Citizens is a great bank lol.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst for trying to get a construction loan. You will jump through hoops, get the run a round and you will be lied to about what you can qualify for upfront all to go through underwriting and be denied because so called guidelines have changed. If you don't want your time wasted, look elsewhere.

I've been a citizens bank customer for over 10 yrs and my experience has always been pleasant. The staff, especially Marla, are always professional, pleasant, organized, and very helpful. Marla is very hard working and kind and has recently been promoted. Marla deserves the best because every encounter with her has been the best experience with positive outcomes. Thank you Marla and congratulations!

This is a very mixed review actually. My family loves this location, so when I was looking up the times it was open on Google, I was surprised to see the rating was low (2.9 at the time of writing this). That said, when I went, I discovered why. There is only ONE teller location on the inside. That means that if you arrive and it is busy with someone who is taking a long time, you will be waiting a long time as well, even if there is NO OTHER CUSTOMER in the building (at least that I could see). I waited patiently for about five minutes until the car traffic cleared out (since I figured that was taking the time of at least one other person of the three behind the counter) before politely asking if someone could help me with a simple deposit. Yes, I had been waiting for five minutes as the first person in line to deposit one check that already had the information all ready on it. The guy who was behind the counter helping the person got all rude saying, "that's exactly what I am doing" (in not so pleasant of a voice). I wasn't even talking to him as I assumed he was busy (although definitely hard to tell as there was no computer clacking and the father-daughter already looked bored when I arrived). I was talking to the two shuffling papers around. Thankfully after another two minutes one of them did help me out, and I was finally done. While the setup of the place does not allow for much room to work, there is no excuse being rude to your customers. I am adding one star just cause my family likes it there. Unfortunately, it is the closest branch to my house, so I will likely have to deal with this "service" again... until they convince me to switch banks entirely.

Terrible management, she has no idea what she is doing lol, giving wrong information that caused me money, no wonder all their reviews are bad, I think they need a new manager instead of that lady Chris, worst experience ever!

Been banking here for years and am very disappointed that they no longer cash saving bonds. This is a very basic requirement for a financial institution and this service should be offered. I will be searching for a new bank.
