Let me start off by saying I like this dealership a lot and have a good relationship with everyone here. I come here for everything thats needed to get done as well. Today I encountered with the most disrespectful employee there named BRIE. I came in this one day for an oil change that needed to be done and they told me I had to bring my car in cause there was a problem they needed to fix which means I’d need a rental car. She was supposed to schedule me down for last Wednesday and when I showed up she said “ oh I forgot to put you in the schedule” so I showed up there for no reason. Oh and everytime I call to get an appointment in for anything she NEVER answers the phone and never calls me back so I have to call 5 times in order for her to pick up the phone since she hates her job so much. She didn’t end up scheduling an appointment for me so Ronald ( great amazing guy) He scheduled it for me for today. So I came in today and greeted her morning. Then straight off the bat got real disrespectful and had the nastiest attitude. I asked for the manager and he was really nice but she definitely doesn’t know how to treat her customers with respect. Maybe she should stay unemployed and stay at home cause clearly the employed life doesn’t seem to work with her… anyways with that being said Cadillac please do better when it comes to who you’re hiring at your dealership. No one wants to deal with someone who can’t keep there personal problems at home!!!

I stopped in without an appointment to get my oil changed, and there were three cars ahead of me and Tony, the service advisor said come back in an hour and I’ll be able to get me right in. So I went back and had them check my brakes and my brakes were fine. But I know I needed tires also so I asked him to put four new tires on and they did it with no problem only took about an hour and a half so I was very lucky to get in and get everything done that I needed. Thanks again, Tony you’re awesome.
