Three people working. Aside from a greeting called from behind the register when we walked in, no one approached me while I was trying on 5-6 coats and shopping for gloves. The selection of coat styles and sizes on the racks is terrible and not organized. The only way to try on the right size is to get them to bring you something from the backroom, but when no one offers you're out of luck. I stood there holding gloves wanting the correct size in black rather than gray while looking for a salesperson. No one approached. Finally I asked at the register. Without checking she said no they didn't have them in the back. I said ok, I'll go to Somerset. Suddenly she remembers there's a new shipment in the back. I said we're going to Somerset for the coat anyway and left. Won't go back to the Rochester Hills store. Very snobby and prejudged us based on how we were dressed. We dropped in impulsively after helping a friend move furniture. Their loss. Got what we wanted the next day with super friendly, helpful staff at the Somerset location! I tried on the correct size and they ordered the color and size coat I wanted. Also had the gloves we wanted. Restored the holiday spirit for us, so we shopped at other mall stores there as well.

The owner of this location is terribly unfriendly and tries to make you feel bad for shopping online as if this is my problem; nobody can afford their stupid prices anymore. Cmon Eddie Bauer… $35 for a stupid plain men’s T-Shirt? Plus you’ve lowered the Veteran’s discounts/benefits in the store. No thanks… I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Went there to make an online return, it wasn't busy and the cashier was fast. The store is well stocked and everything is well presented. Very nice staff.

Regular merchandise prices are high but sometime you can get a bargain on clearance or marked down items. The quality of merchandise isn't same as it was earlier.

Class set up. You always feel good. Service is great. Prices are rather at the upper limit for the type of shop. OK for outdoor activists. Not a fashion highlight, nor does it have to be. Recommendation.
