This is the absolute best bank ever. The employees all know me by name, are so helpful and friendly. We did our home loan through them, and have no regrets. All of our personal accounts and busy accounts are through them. I would HOGHLY recommend

Keith at Flagstar was great to work with on my refi. I did my original loan with a mortgage wholesale company was was very impersonal and transactional (and it turns out more expensive...!) Keith was just the opposite. He took time to go into detail on my options. Keith has a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. He was able to secure a great rate and we are now paying the same amount a month as our old 30 yr loan but now we are on a 15 yr at 2.5%. The savings he's made happen are going to help us achieve our long term goals.Bank and fiance with Flagstar!

Always incredibly helpful, Thad is absolutely terrific. They have coffee and candies if you need a little something to hold you over while you're waiting. The atm is open 24-7. If I had to leave a complaint it would be that the office hours are pretty tight, not a large window of time at all, particularly in the afternoon. However, the hours are fairly standard for a bank.

FLAGSTAR IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOST TRASH BANK EVER!!!!!!!! Customer service line is a bunch of classless ghetto snobs with attitudes! They lack zero knowledge or empathy! Absolutely disgusted with Flagstar Bank I banked with chase for 10 years never once had an issue with money being deposited into my account. This is the THIRD time my money has had issues depositing into my account in under one year, and this time, ITS JUST NOT THERE. My employer confirmed with her bank that at 3:27 on THURSDAY the money was taken from her account and deposited to mine(it's Tuesday) Flagstar says that I need to get the trace number from her bank as proof of transfer. Her bank says that with direct deposits they don't get assigned trace numbers, but again she confirms with them everything went through. Flagstar literally just said we can reverse ONE of your $36 fees. Because it's her banks error not theirs And that's it. THERE IS NO HELP OR SOLUTION OR RESOLUTION TO MY CHECK! Here I sit with hundreds of dollars out of my account as all my bills I scheduled start debiting out. No resolution, no solution, no money. And my employer can't do anything to get it back to her account. HOW IS THIS OKAY WITH NO JUSTIFICATION! DO NOT EVER SWITCH TO Flagstar Bank and yes I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau

I would give them 0 starts if i could. They are so rude and not helpful at all! EVERYTIME i bring A check they want to put a hold on it but i take It else where and it's cashed right away. They make it inconvenient to bank with them since I pass this location four times daily and they refused to help me yet I go to the Sashabaw location and telegraph and their excellent the manager here shouldn't even be a manager of a McDonald's let alone a Flagstar Bank ! The rudest people I've ever encountered!
