I highly recommend Garry’s Collision shop! Excellent customer service provided by Jaclyn and Jessica, beautiful repairs made to my vehicle, they practically detailed the interior of my vehicle before they returned it to me, and they kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. Again, I highly recommend this shop.

I had an excellent experience with Garry’s Collision. The repair quality was outstanding—everything was done correctly and looked flawless when I picked up my vehicle. They even finished the work earlier than expected, and I was genuinely grateful for how quickly my car was ready.
The customer service was just as impressive. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
When I got my vehicle back, it was spotless. The level of care they put into returning it clean did not go unnoticed.

Garry's Collision is hands down the best in SE Michigan. If you want it done right the first time, go to Garry's in Rochester. And they do an excellent job cleaning it as well!

So incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff at Garry’s Collision! From the start, they were helpful, caring and kept me up to date. So hard to be without my car, but they were in continual contact regarding insurance updates and where they were at with repairs. My car is now back, looks amazing and was wonderfully cleaned upon return. Hoping I never need their services again for a collision but would absolutely go back to them if needed and highly recommend!

What a great local business that helped us out after an accident. From start to finish the whole team worked together and made a concerted effort to restore my truck back to brand new. I recently had an argument with a parking garage - Garage 1, RAM 0. I took my truck to G.C. because I don't trust anyone else to do the work since I'm that picky. They kept me the know with daily updates, photos of progress, etc. and returned my truck quickly and you can't even tell where it was damaged. Dan runs a tight ship, and you can tell everyone of his employees respect him by doing exceptional work.
Another job well done! G.C. has always been my go to body shop, and they made my '23 RAM look better than new by replacing, painting the front bumper and drivers side front wheel flare.
For many years I've trusted G.C. and I'm always pleased with the result. Attention to detail - great! Quality of work - great! Dan has some big shoes to fill, but I can say he's off to a great start.

Estimate was given in person when I brought my car in. They coordinated with my insurance and let me know when the repairs were approved so they could go ahead and order parts. The front bumper repair was perfect and the car was beautifully clean when I picked it up. I highly recommend Garry's for auto collision work!

Great customer service and workmanship! You guys were great from the first moment we met you under a stressful situation, were reassuring, and kept us in the loop on a regular basis without us having to ask you. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a long time. Even down to the detailing of the entire car! It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. I will definitely give repeat business if needed and also as a referral. Thank you for everything!

I got hit by a pickup truck bed cover on I 75. I went right to Garry's Collison. within 3 hours the estimate was done. By the next day it was approved. They called me actually texted me as each needed step was completed. I got my truck back several days before I was originally told I would have it. Great place to do business.
