I bought a set of tires a year ago which includes free rotations. I make an appointment at 1pm yesterday for that and a tune up.Well are you getting a tune up or a diagnostic testing? I explain my KIA has a 5 yr warranty which expires next month - I need to know if anything is wrong - like the transmission- he says what warranty?I should have left then.He tells me after looking at it / it will be a few hours. I say how many hours and do you offer any transportation-he says he doesn’t know - I grab an UBer home.At 5:10 I receive a call that it’s all set but they close at 5pm - it’s 5:10 - I ask how do I get my car? I was thinking a drop key?He laughs and says you walk in and pay for it. So RUDE. I could say other words but I’ll decline.$20 later in UBer fees I pick my car up. If I had a time to be back I would have arranged a ride back.I receive a statement of an oil change I declined for $89 ??? Why?I receive a receipt for spark plug changes and a engine cleaning - all for $398.I DID NOT receive a print out of a diagnostic testing like I have at every other service station. Who even knows if that happened.I plan on going to another service station to have everything rechecked. This wasn’t funny and his name was Tom. NEVER Again!

No one new to tires and oil change should work here ever! This is the most horrible place I've ever worked! No teamwork! Manager lies all the time. Will choose to chew you out over simple things when customer is waiting on their vehicle then say you took to long you need to be more professional. I had 2 days of real training videos and and then was put in the back to work. The tire machine is broken in a lot of places. Parts worn out, lift 2 has been broke 3 months and was never tagged. I decided enough was enough and put in my two weeks then manager has been cleaning and getting all the things done that should have been done 3 months ago to cover himself from upper management. I feel I was fully mistreated in many ways. It was better to yell at me then fall in and help to get the customer out the door and taken care of. Then would go up front and blame the problem on the worker, manager and co workers that have experience. When you ask how to do something, will walk right past you and say nothing. Manager even tried to get me to open my Goodyear accounts for him to check off that I had completed my training when I had only watched 4 videos, that's a huge no no as well! DONT WORK HERE

I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Tom and Thomas.Today, I visited Good Year Auto Service in downtown Rochester to replace my tires. Despite their busy schedule, Tom was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by offering me a ride home while I waited for my tire change and even picked me up when my car was ready. He even went the extra mile by going to another store to get the inventory for my tires.As I planned a road trip next week, getting new tires was crucial, but I was struggling to get the service I needed from my dealership. That's where Tom and Thomas came in and saved the day with their exceptional professionalism and kindness.Thank you so much, Tom and Thomas. Your generosity and dedication will be remembered and appreciated.

Owner ordered parts, then refused to sign for them. Had a huge hissy fit and cussed me out. The people at car fix Shelby are much more deserving of your money

I was thrilled with the service and price from Goodyear in Rochester.Not many companies pick up the phone before they’re open and make sure the job is done even though they were closed. Gave us a great price. I would highly recommend them.Thank you to the manager that stayed after hours.Toni Brown

It was my first time dealing with Good Year store in Rochester Hills on Main StreetEverything was smooth, it was easy to communicate and the store manager there was very friendly, he gave me a good discount on the tires. Highly recommending this store

It was 15 minutes before closing. The temperature was 5 degrees with high winds and blowing snow. I was trying to get my tire pressure right based upon a low pressure warning light. The manager said no problem. He did not even pull my car into the service bay, instead moving around my vehicle with an air hose in the polar weather. He charged nothing. This man and his store are champs in my opinion. Totally devoted to customer care and service. 5 Star!

What a disappointment this establishment is! My wife is 68 years old and went to them with a nail in her tire. She had called the day before and set up a appointment. When she showed up they wouldn't fix her her tier because it was 8 years old! Instead they wanted to sell her 4 new tires !! Her vehicle is garage kept and is in really good shape! They let her leave with the nail still in the tire lazy people who just want to make money off an older person what a shame. She went down the street and got it fixed with no questions for $20. I will make sure everyone knows about them shame on them for not looking out for someone in need! Lazy Lazy people!!

Came in for tires left needing $2000 in repairs. Power steering fluid and radiator were empty before I got home. Never had a leak before I went there.

I make a mistake and go to this place they are very racist they was so mean to me they treated me very very bad I make appointment for oil change and they normally take 10 to 15 minutes when I go there they say I have to wait 3 hour and was very slow they have no customer only me and the other person ? bottom line they refuse to serve me and they come with the diplomatic way you have to wait 3 hour I told him three hour I can build engine for 3 hour 3 hour for oil change doesn't make sense they was very mean to me and super racist . I complained to Goodyear corporate they don't even care either

They are always incredibly honest and trustworthy. Tom especially took a very big chance of time to explain not only what was wrong with my car but also what deals there were to lower the financial burden. For as long as I live here they will be my go to mechanics.
