The girl that checked out my husband and I and the girl next to her was very rude. We were trying to buy a wooden shoe rack and when we were going to check out, I check the product to make sure it wasn’t damaged but found that a part of it was slightly split open so we didn’t purchase it. The whole time this happened, the two cashier were just making judgement faces and eye exchanges. Sorry I don’t want to spend my hard earn money on something that slightly kind of broken.

Great store with inexpensive items but brand names. Always love going here and finding great deals. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. When looking for an item an employee, I forgot her name, not only told me which aisle, she walked me there which she didn't have to but was much appreciated. Great store

The checkout crew has changed and the new ones are not even removing the tags that sound the alarm even after payment. They are purely unprofessional even while scanning they are chitchatting and not paying attention to questions from customers.

I just left the same review on the Utica store. I went to both stores a few days apart. I’m looking for something one store was out of & thought I would find it at another location. I used the bathroom at both stores. They were both disgusting. I don’t mean messy I mean nasty. Downright disgusting!! I won’t go into detail. We spend a lot of $$ at your store Marshalls so do better!!
