Kroger is a one-stop shop offering thousands of quality food and household products, from fresh produce and meats to dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. Many customers report it as their go-to store, generally clean with kind employees who provide good experiences and helpful service, such as perfecting to-go orders. Specific highlights include a Starbucks inside. However, some note issues with bottle machines not being kept up well. A significant drawback for some is that this particular location lacks a liquor license without clear signage, which can lead to frustration.
Incredible customer service and pride from every employee. I no longer have to choose between a high end grocer that doesn't have the selection and variety my family wants and a positive customer experience. The extra drive is more than worth it even though the Livernois Kroger is much closer
