Worst experience!!! Tried to buy socks online and it went from bad to worse. Many glitches on website then told by 'live chat' to call customer service. They made it worse: said I wasn't in their system even though I had just received 2 e-mails from them, placed order before confirming total which was incorrect, wouldn't honor 10% discount allowed for signing up for newsletter, were very rude, put on hold multiple times for a total of a 26 minute call - so much for a quick online sock purchase. Definitely made this my last order with them. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
