These folks are freaking awesome and super honest. Dan took care of my Bronco and saved me the hassle and money that other places wanted to charge big bucks for. If it's something they can do super fast and save you the time, they will.
That's why I keep coming back to them!!

I just picked up my truck from the second job from Cerra Ford. Like the first job, I cannot be happier with the work they did!! My truck was done in the timeframe I was given when dropped it off. The work is perfect! My service advisor Dan was on top of every move.

They lure you in with Quick Service. First, you bring in the car for inspection, and they are supposedly ordered and received the parts before they bring you to the shop, and then here comes delay after delay. They say "ohh we found out we need more parts and there is a long wait for it. We found out this. We dismantled it and now we are discovered we need this. We need that." This was a small front end repair. It shouldn't take 3 1/2 weeks. I definitely suggest that you not take your car there unless you got the luxury of time.

I've been going to them for years everything's fine I really like their business I wish they still had the rentals there since they sold to the New owners but Enterprise took care of me right down the street everything went good

I can not say enough great things about this Serra. The staff were friendly and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. They got me to my rental, they even cleaned the inside/outside, jeep looked brand new. THANK YOU SERRA for taking the time make me feel important !

Was sent there by my insurance adjuster to fix a commercial van. I asked Serra not to take the van until they had parts in hand because it was a working van with a contract. I was told, "No problem." They had the van for 12 days. I called to check the status and was told they couldn't fix it. If I hadn't called them I think it would still be sitting there jmo. The next collision shop told me that Serra quoted it at 200 hours of labor. Turns out it was done in two weeks. Serra was going to screw me big time. Glad they couldn't fix it and hold it for 5 weeks. I would never recommend them to anyone. They really didn't care that I was losing money for my company.

Dropped my car off for body work after an accident and they estimated it would be there for 2 weeks. They finished it in less than a week and it looks better than it did before the accident!

The receptionist lady was so helpful! They called me and informed me that there was 14k of damage and that they couldn’t fix it because the damage exceeds the value of my car. My insurance gave me over 15k for it.
