This store did not have my haircut preferences saved in their system. This happened months ago, and every time
I go in I ask them to update it. The stylist that cut my hair did not even come close to what I asked for. She did not trim my sideburns, scalped the back of my head and did not clean up my neck line in back. She did not offer to see what it looked like in back by way of a mirror. I am very disappointed. I will NOT return.
