Best Birthday ever for my daughter. She had such a wonderful time. Julie, the owner, and Giulia made sure we had everything we needed and made you feel at home. Giulia and all the staff, Alena and Regan took care of everything! My daughter never stopped smiling. All her friends had a great time. From the hair, to the spa gift, slime, and karaoke neon dance part — Wow! Thanks to Friendship Factory of Rochester for such an amazing day!!

I highly recommend this place. Giulia and Daniella did a wonderful job for my daughter’s 9th birthday. As soon as we left she said it was her best birthday ever! I simply told them what I wanted and they made it all happen! Truly a magical place for little girls!

Highly recommend having your child’s party here! The entire staff is extremely caring and made it extra fun for the kids. They take care of so much for you so you mainly just need to show up. My daughter had an incredible time. I added the party theme and balloon arch and they turned out amazing. It was so fun!

I had tried to surprise my daughter on vacation with ear piercings and couldn’t do it because I didn’t have the paper birth certificate. I told her that we could get ears pierced before school the following Monday. I called the Frienship Factory at Rochester Hills to make sure all was good before making the drive. No answer but left message. I then called another location and was told I needed an appointment. My daughter stated crying. I had been calling another piercing studio when Martina called me. She said she was open for another hour. We drove for 50min and got there in time. Martina was AWESOME. We taped the piercing. At one point my daughter had to go to the bathroom and Martina talked to the video. So great!!!!

We recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at The Friendship Factory and the whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. The staff were wonderful. They were so helpful and good with the kids, which allowed us to focus on the birthday girl! The theming (Taylor Swift) was excellent, which included taylor decor, music, and even themed coloring pages. The party flowed seamlessly. In the words of my daughter, "best day ever!"
I would 100% recommend The Friendship Factory. If you are considering booking a birthday party, here's your sign to do it :)

We just hosted my daughter’s 8th birthday party here, and it was wonderful! The activities are perfectly planned out, the staff were so friendly, accommodating and thoughtful, and each girl left feeling so happy and so special.My daughter left and said “That party was PERFECT!”

Such a cool experience. We were here for a birthday party and the whole team was very nice. Our oldest loved getting her hair done and doing the slime activity.

This is a very cute experience for a group of little girls, in the age range of 4 to 12! The activities are fun (glitter tattoos, nails, crafts), there is shopping in the little boutique area (on the pricy side, I do warn), and then the birthday celebration activities! There is karaoke upstairs in the party room, the room is decked out in all things little girl, and the gathering area (table, chairs) are roomy and comfortable. Music is playing at a nice level - not too loudly but enough to be fun. The staff is friendly. My daughter wants to have her own party here! Fantastic venue! Give it a try!

We were here for a birthday party this week and it was so fun for the girls. The employees were patient, caring, and just great with kids. This place is also pretty! We will be back!

We recently did our twins 6th birthday at Friendship Factory and everything was absolutely amazing! The entire staff went above and beyond - all my guests loved the decorations and had a great time! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
