I try to have the mail held when I'm on vacation. Its a 50% chance it gets held and if it gets held its a 50% chance is gets delivered when requested. Just incredible

I am missing two packages. I've called and called and called and called the post office they put me on hold and don't come back to me. How the hell do you get your money back when they don't want to do their work. Is there another phone number where I can make a complaint
