Stay away!! Pharmacist Neena and staff are untrustworthy, dishonest, incompetent, gaslight their patients, and then backtrack and play the victim when patients call them out for not doing their jobs properly.Getting my son's prescription filled with this pharmacy has been a month long odyssey. Staff was not proactive enough about it, and I had to call and follow up with them multiple times to get things rolling. I also work in the health field, and I have good understanding of how medical insurances and pre-authorizations work. I've tried to be very patient and help out whenever I can to get this issue with my son's prescription resolved.Just when it looked like things were finally sorted out properly, the pharmacy refuses to honor a $5 co-pay coupon I turned in with my son's prescription. This is a monthly prescription, so without a coupon it would cost me $30 a month. The coupon helps a lot to keep costs down.I'm told the coupon is not valid because it expired in May 2023. That's strange, because I had a conversation with a staff member about the coupon just a few days ago, and the staff remember had assured me there would be no issues because the expiration on the coupon was December 2023.I relayed this to the pharmacist, who said she spoke to the processing company herself and there was nothing more she could do; at this point, I need to call the processing company myself to sort it out. I let her know that I'm happy to call them, but I will need a call reference number, the name of the representative she spoke to, and the coupon.During the course of this conversation, the pharmacist admits she never spoke to anyone from the processing company, she just went through the an automated system. Then she says I didn't need to trouble myself to get the coupon because she could just give me the group numbers off of it. When I insist on going into the pharmacy to pick up the coupon, she admits that they had "lost" it! Then she says that the entire time she's been working on my son's prescription, she's never seen the coupon - which I know to be a blatant lie. I've seen her staff show the coupon to her!So now I'm going to have to wait until Monday to get another copy of the coupon from my son's doctor's office and resolve this issue myself!I respectfully and fully disclosed to Neena that I'm very unsatisfied with this level of service. She then says she's done everything that she can do, what else do I want her to say. When I ask for an apology she claims that she already apologized, and that she is apologized so many times (another lie). At this point, I'm fed up and I end the call.This entire ordeal, with all its back and forth has been so incredibly frustrating! I definitely plan on taking my business elsewhere in the future and dissuading anyone from using this pharmacy.

I think this Walgreens is wonderful! I’m here visiting from Florida and the young ladies answering the phones have been positively delightful! So helpful! So accommodating!Hope they are recognized for running a professional pharmacy!

I sent my husband to put money on our card so we can pay our bills, the lady instantly questioned him and asked if our money was “movie money” and had to get a “manager”. If they’re gonna insult and question people then they need to quit offering the service through cash app.My husband goes to work every damn day, but 1. The pens that are used to verify real bills apparently don’t work for them so there just out here risking their business unable to verify bills, there also a few other ways to verify if the money you’re getting is real. If you’re gonna work in the service industry, do better.

They have failed to fill my prescriptions multiple times. They failed to disclose they they only filled part of the prescription. And the problems go on

This Walgreens' Pharmacy Staff is so bad, unorganized and incompetent that my best advice for everyone is to switch to another pharmacy.

I have been filling my medications at this location for over a year and have had the best experiences with the Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff. The pharmacist’s at this location are very knowledgeable, and work quickly to get medications filled. This pharmacies level of communication is also above and beyond most I’ve dealt with. If there are any issues that arise with new medications being filled or insurance problems, this location has always reached out to me to get everything sorted out. Thank you so much to everyone there!

This store has the WORST pharmacy staff. They are incredibly rude. I was send over by another store and when I arrived they said they couldnt/wouldnt help me because they were going to lunch in 10 minutes. No one else was in the store. They initally denied telling the other store to send me over. Then tried to lie and say they agreed 2 hours prior...if I ever have use any Wlagreens again it will be my last choice.

This store's pharmacy staff was the most friendly ones I had ever encountered. They were not just friendly, but also very patient with the customers. I walked in this morning for my vaccine booster shot. They handled the process efficiently. While I was waiting for my turn, I watched them in action. They were kind to customers and also coordinated among themselves seamlessly. That sure created a very nice working environment there. Kudos to Rabia and Olivia! 5 stars!!!

Nina in pharmacy was soooo awesome. We always went to walgreens until our insurance changed. Walgreens was the only pharmacy open. My daughter needed meds after going to a clinic and she helped us to make it affordable. I love this walgreens we live very close and have always had the best customer service for the past years. We appreciate all the things they always do! Thank you Nina! Suzette??
